Ordered Saturday shipped Tuesday even though the website says same day dispatch before 2pm. I was never sent an acknowledgement of the order or an invoice so all I have is the dispatch note. Apart from that they did ship Tuesday and I received it Wednesday but disappointing experience

A good product at a competitive price
A good product at a competitive price. My only slight quibble is that, despite being ordered by the specified deadline, I didn't receive next-day delivery. This was not ideal, but since it was a free service it was not too big of an issue. Follow-up tracking support from the company via phone was very good.

The order for a printer was accepted and my card debited but they were unable to locate the despatch. The website continues to show the printer being available ex stock but at a higher price. Blame is being placed upon FedEx for the loss, a replacement will be sent in 7 days? Where is my printer?
