I placed my order on a Friday and received it the following Wednesday it was just as described and easy to use very pleased with the company and my order.

Competitively priced products, delivered promptly. I was very happy with the Office Nerd service.

Items arrived on different days so not next day. Only received info that order had been received not dispatched. Otherwise everything excellent so just nit-picking really. Good range of products - I am really pleased with the choice I made. Would use Office Nerd again without hesitation.

Ordered wasn't dispatched as it said it would ....called ...they where to call back then emailed saying my number didn't receive incoming calls.....rubbish...the email stated that they blamed the couriers but dates on invoices when it did show up it was them ....not recommended

Don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to this time. I was looking for a new 4k TV and hit the usual problem of online companies either not delivering to Northern Ireland or charging a crazy surcharge. Not only was Office Nerd among the cheapest but they delivered to NI for no additional charge. If that wasn't good enough my new tv was ready for delivery in less than 2 days from ordering. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases. Excellent service!

Ordered because very good price and next day delivery and that's what they provided.

Item was shown as "in stock" on website and my order went through and cash taken from card.
The next day I was emailed to say the item was actually out of stock.
I would have accepted it as a rare mistake, but this was the third company to do exactly the same thing.

I ordered a Soundbar which was supposed to be guaranteed next day delivery. I called 2 days later to see why it hadn't arrived and was informed that the courier had damaged it in transit so had returned it to them. Given some other comments on the site I am not convinced that they ever had the item in stock at all.

The man that I spoke to at Office Nerd was quite helpful in arranging a refund though which is the only reason that they score this high.

They might stock 20,000 items, but I think most of them must be pencils as not much is available. Allegedly bought a sound bar quoted as in stock, only to find some hours later when checking the order online status it was listed as 'cancelled', and that was it, no email or contact. Phoned (care premium rate line) to be told sales were busy and would call back. Surprise, surprise, nothing happened and following day finally had reply to my email saying, couldn't find one so cancelled the order. If you really must order from these people then monitor closely, or just go somewhere decent where they know how to run an online business.

I ordered a monitor from Office Nerd. It was much cheaper then in other shops and with a free delivery. I was a bit worried when didn't get the confirmation email and called them. Great customer service. They checked, promptly phoned back and explained that the email bounced back and they're happy to send another one to different email, and assured me my monitor will arrive next day as it should. And it did!
Very happy with the company. I will definitely shop there again.

I found just what I was looking for at a great price and delivered the next day. What more could you ask for?

I ordered a printer at 1pm and it was delivered next day by 11am. Very good service from Office Nerd.

I chased a next day order the day after it didn't arrive.
Apparently product not in stock.

They dealt with my enquiry promptly and offered me the option of
waiting or cancelling my order.

Would be better if they informed me during the order process,
however once contacted responded and offered solutions.
