Office Nerd 

Purchased an LG 58 inch 4K tv which was much cheaper than any other seller. Read reviews about the company before I committed to buy and tv arrived quickly and I am really pleased with it!

I bought a TV from Office Nerd after reading some negative reviews I thought give it a go and the service was excellent, received a phone call advising me that delivering a 58 inch TV wont be the next day delivery because its a two man job and that set standard of honesty in my view because I felt valued and important.
it was the cheapest in the market and was new with no fault found look forward to do business with.

Goods ordered were delivered next day.

Pure and simple, they do not get back to you for 2 days even after numerous calls. When they do finally, their emails are short, sharp and quite abrupt. The they continue to ignore you.

I have just started a business and am looking for regular suppliers and due to Craig's conduct, I will not be one of them.

A pity that whoever addressed the packages left out the name of the village they were going to. Consequently they went to "the Street" in the nearest post town, and unsurprisingly the UPS driver could not find us. Took 7 days to arrive.

I had to chase them up.

I paid for the tv on Sunday. It was at doorstep on Tuesday. Amazingly fast and product arrived spotless.

The TV was far cheaper than any of the major outlets, it was despatched really quickly and staff were very helpful when I phoned to check the delivery time.

I purchased a 58 inch TV from Office Nerd and truthfully felt a little sceptical due to it being much cheaper that the main sellers. Speaking to them they explained everything and I decided to take the leap. The delivery was different that I'd experienced before due to the size of the item, but they kept me in the loop and explained everything. Would definitely use them again... without question.

Office Nerd had exactly what I wanted, at a price I was prepared to pay, but the absolute best thing about them was that I received the item promptly the next day, even though I live at the far end of Cornwall. They couldn't have done better.

I ordered on Saturday evening, it was delivered next day (Sunday). The price was lower than from elsewhere and the postage was free. The Item was exactly as described. Perfect!

Item was delivered exactly on the arranged time. My email query was replied to promptly and politely. Would recommend this retailer, that had the best price for the product I bought.

Ordered 1 x car charger adaptor. Small item. Paid for next day delivery. The sent it off with a courier and it arrived 4 days later. Why, I asked the guy on the phone, could you simply not have the sense ot pop it in a jiffy bag and post 1st class. could cost less and because the postie delivers every day (yes even here in the highlands) there would be a god chance of it being delivered the next day. But no you had to use a useless courier and you don't even refund the extra delivery charge for next day delivery. WOFTAM !

Straightforward ordering process, received emailed confirmation of order, but would have liked a further notification that order had despatched.

Can't fault this firm. Best price and arrived the next day. Will definitely use this site again.

they worked out relatively inexpensive compared to buying singularly .

Was a bit doubtful at the item been to cheap but this is the real McCoy £££s cheaper than off the Zagg site ! Excellent
