Yes initially I was shipped the wrong product, however Craig was seriously helpful and went the extra mile. Not only did he issue a full refund there on the spot, he also minimised the hassle as I didn't have to return the product.

He then went out of his way to establish which product I did actually want, made some external calls at (I imagine) break neck speed to get me my answers and due to all that ended up with an order 4 times the size of my initial one.

Ordered from this site due to competitive price and the promise of next day delivery (as the order was over £30) on a Tuesday. When the goods had not arrived on the Thursday of that week I called the customer service line who apologised for this happening but the line I needed to speak to was 'busy' and that they would call me back later that day. Needless to say I did not hear back. I called again on the Friday but again the customer service line was busy. This doesn't surprise me due to the service I was experiencing, I can't imagine I was the only one. In the end I received an email to say the goods would be delivered on the next Monday, this was a bank holiday and so seeing as I had already let them know that the delivery address was a business one I had to re-schedule the delivery for the Tuesday. So yes, it took a week to get my order in a busy office that needed the goods within the set time frame stated on the website. Will not be recommending this site to any one else.

We are a very busy office, ad struggle when it comes to buying office equipment on-line. Office Nerd were super fast with delivery and the products we received were of great quality.

We will only be using Office Nerd from now on.

Goods ordered were efficiently identified and supplied. Laptop was as described and well packed for transportation. The package was delivered promptly. Ordering through the web site proved problematic but the staff identified the problem and correctly filled the order!

I have ordered from OfficeNerd and have received my item a few days later which is good but I have been asking myself if my order was acknowledge as I didn't not receive any confirmation e-mail or anything. I even sent an e-mail to the team in order to get some information about my order and I haven't had any reply since.

Bought a NAS box, it arrived the next day perfectly packaged and as described.

Bought a rotating business card holder advertised with plastic envelopes,turned up no plastic envelopes just plain cards,complained and good service sent me another one-------exactly the same as the first-----complained and they said sorry have your money back.
So good service and bad service all in one transaction.

the price of the item was good, but delivery didn't happen on the expected day,when i queried this, no one from the company returned my call,further the tracking link sent was virtually useless as i couldn't track it, and had to do this myself! needs improvent!

Good service. Swift delivery. Easy to purchase. Delivery cost a little OTT for what was delivered, as was the size of the box. huge box for 5 small folders.

Was cheaper and quicker than getting it direct from the manufacturer. Turned up the next working day, it was very well packed.

Although my order had to be refunded as the parts were not in stock, Office Nerd were polite and helpful throughout offering a refund from the very beginning if they could not source the item.

Nice that I didn't have to create an account, and entering address info etc. was all painless.
I would have liked follow up emails like amazon to advise ship date etc. - just got an order confirmation email and then silence ... but the Wireless Access Point was delivered after 2 days and was packed well.
