total disappointment

they havr cancelled my order overnight and asked me to pay 30 per cent more for if I still want it.

never replied to my e mails. Avoid at all cost.

Exceptional Service

I had to contact Office Nerd as we had an error with the delivery address. They called me back within minutes of my original call, updated me regularly and took the lead and all of the responsibility for making the changes with the delivery company.
All contact with Office Nerd has been highly professional and, in particular, Craig Barker was a delight to deal with.

Still waiting for "next day" delivery

Ordered the item on Thursday for delivery Friday. No delivery information provided and, when pushed, they eventually said it will now be delivered Monday. I shall wait and see. It seems delivery is a serious problem with this company.

Great price

The best price found online for the TV that we were after. Ordering online was quick and easy, and the free next day delivery was great. High recommend these guys!

Could be much much better.

Placed an order on a Wednesday for next day delivery which was free. Contacted Office Nerd on the Thursday to make sure it was going to arrive as specified which they agreed it would. Waited around until 6pm but the order did not arrive. Contacted them first thing Friday morning and spoke with the receptionist who said she would get someone to call me back. Call back never happened. Contacted them again 1 hour later and was told someone would call back. They did call back this time and said that who ever we spoke to should not have said the order had already been dispatched when it clearly hadn't been. About 15 minutes later a courier turned up with our delivery. I was just so happy to have received the order as I was now a whole day behind with a deadline to meet.

Pragmatic and helpful

A big thank you to Craig. I left a message when ordering my laptop with regards to the delivery date. I received a telephone call the next morning from Craig , who answered my query and confirmed that the delivery date could be changed to suit. Simple, practical and efficient. Something you don't get very often. Another confirmation call the day before delivery to check that the laptop could be dispatched and the address was correct. Hey presto - one happy customer. I felt that as a customer my needs mattered rather than being told "No it's that date only and you'll have to make arrangements for the package to be redelivered." Thank you for putting the customer first. Haven't used the laptop yet so fingers crossed!

Fast delivery, but I had no idea it was actually coming...

Ordered an item from Office Nerd and didn't receive a single email notification about any part of the process.
The only way I had a record of the transaction was for some reason I decided to print the order complete page (I don't usually bother).

As I was having the item delivered to work - I had no idea it had turned up either, as I at least hoped I'd get a "Confirmed dispatch" notification.

I happened to chase Office Nerd via email, and they replied within a couple of hours with the delivery signature as proof of delivery a few days before. Pity they didn't tell me on the day... (My postroom doesn't chase you to collect parcels).

Well, they delivered within 2 days (I used the free 5 day delivery) and the item was as exactly as described and a great price - but just had no idea it was coming ;)

Efficient and helpful

This company 'did what it said on the tin'. It delivered what and when it said it would. When I raised a query it was dealt with within a couple of hours, even though my query was raised late on a Saturday. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone.
