Item was a good price, works well & arrived the next morning!

I Ordered a TV on-line Thursday it arrived Friday. Best price i could find on-line.
I will defiantly be using this service again.

Good product at sensible price and prompt delivery. Combination locks avoid the problem of lost keys. Sturdy item.

Bought an LG 43UF770V (43 inch) Ultra HD 4K Smart tv - best price I could find on the net! I'd read on Trustpilot Office Nerd had problems with delivery tracking and notification, so was a little concerned about it turning up when I was out. As it happens, the courier didn't make contact and I had problems calling Office Nerd at one point, as it seemed no-one was answering the phone, However, Office Nerd phoned me back with a heads up so at least I knew which day and roughly which part of the day it would arrive. I think they are a good company - if they had a better courier service I would deffo give them FIVE STARS!

The website allowed us to order qty 3 when you could only supply qty 1, this only came to light when we chased on the short shipment, the website also increased the price between quoting and ordering ( within an hour ) charging more than £100 more for the unit(s).

I will not be using this website again.

The original order failed to turn up on the next day. After a phone call the company was very helpful and re-sent the order which then did arrive the next day.

Goods as described. Getting a VAT invoice is somewhat shocking. Had to chase for a VAT invoice which they invoiced to the wrong address. After the 2nd chaser email still no response.

I'll give it 24 hours otherwise they can have the goods back as without a VAT invoice they are useless to me as I can't reclaim them as an expense.

Initial purchase was easy and I left address and mobile number for delivery.

The company delivering the TV were not as competent. They did not text prior to delivering and left a missed parcel note with no company or contact details, all very weary.

Was delivered as stated and keyboard does what it says so far

Complete pleasure dealing with Office Nerd. Their customer service leaves many larger companies in the dust.

I have no reservation in recommending using this company.

Excellent quick service.Would have been 5 stars if they up their game re information on delivery.As with other customers comments, there was no communication to tell you when delivery will be made. I called the number of website and very helpful person gave me info, and said I would receive an email and text on the day. I didn't. Only through the phone call did I know when to expect delivery and to make arrangements to be in. Otherwise, superb. And the cheapest

I was very pleased with my order and the quick delivery- as per dates given. I do wish an email could of been sent in advance but it came within the 3-5day timescale. Great television at a very resonable price. Would use them again. Just be prepared to wait in!

My order arrived on the next working day having ordered on a Friday (not next day). I would have liked some form of tracking plus it arrived with a continental lead which I think is illegal in the UK and should have been supplied with the standard 3 pin lead.
Otherwise I had not problems with the order and would use this company again.

Ordered a television at 5.30pm delivered 11.30 am the next day also £20 cheaper than anywhere else.

Tried to purchase BT Broadband 500 extender kit x3 as shown on there site, paid for goods.
The next day receive an email saying that they haven't taken the payment for these items as they do not sell them and were looking into taking them off there web site ?? Why were they on there in the first place ???

I have no problems with the service I've received apart from one thing....the lack of delivery date, I checked emails and the website but all I got was despatched, was I just supposed to wait in until my new tv arrived.
To be fair though it isn't rocket science to put a box ready for a courier so there is nothing that should go wrong is there, I just wanted a delivery date..
