Supplier price and quickness of process were superb however delivery was very quick, in fact too quick, three days after order attempt was made to deliver tv, no prior contact, just card saying we were out! rang 10 mins after card posted through door to be told, driver could not would not return and need to rearrange for delivery 3 days later!
Get a good delivery agent, who advises prior when they may turn up so can arrange not to pop out for 10 minutes and you would be excellent on all counts, let down by delivery cowboys. TV is great by the way

Samsung LED TV
Great product supplied by Office Nerd. I hadn't heard of them so was a little nervous but had no need. The TV arrived a half day later than expected but when I called Office Nerd they could not of been more helpful. They tracked the package and gave me the tracking details and gave me a half hour window of the delivery.
I would recommend and use them again.

Great problem resolution - would recomend and great prices (5*)
Like a previous reviewer, I normally play safe and buy from well known companies like John Lewis, but tempted by a great price online from Office Nerd - effectively a 55" for the price of a 48" I thought "just go for it". Smooth ordering process and my new curved Samsung arrived in a few days, only for me to find it had a crack on the screen when powered up. To be fair when I saw the subcontractors delivery man take the TV from the top of a pile of jumbled items in his van the reason is clear :-0!!!
Anyway, concern set in but ever the optimist I contacted Office Nerd and spoke to Craig. Office Nerd's customer service was good and after a second call to Craig he dealt with the replacement that arrived by special delivery within a couple of days. Thank you and well done Office Nerd!
Of course the issue was a little disconcerting (and hence four stars) but this is a company you can actually place your faith in - as ever just communicate if you have problems and don't expect them to be mind readers - jumping to conclusions or being rude never helps, we are all human.
They are happy to fix problems and obviously care about their reputation.

Very smooth service, delivery to rural location
Very easy website, everything was clear and straightforward.
Successful delivery to a rural location, even after the first try when no-one answered the door, returned later that evening to try again with success! Prices competitive to others, but also had a sensible returns policy and was based in somewhat local to me in Northern England.

Beyond my expectations!
I normally play safe and buy from high customer score companies like John Lewis, but tempted by a great price online from Office Nerd I thought "just go for it". So my new Samsung arrived next day (free next day delivery), only for me to find it had a crack on the screen. So panic set in as I was dealing with a new entity. However, Office Nerd's customer service was first class and Craig who I dealt with sorted everything out within a couple of days. Thank you Office Nerd!

Communication the only let-down
Product was fine, the only disappointing thing was the lack of communication after the order - DPD contacted me directly to inform me that 'a delivery was being made' but gave no indication as to what product. Although logging on manually to OfficeNerd.co.uk told me the item had been dispatched, the lack of automated E-Mail notification was disappointing. However, I still recommend them as a Retailer, although I do recommend to OfficeNerd.co.uk that they improve their automated notifications to customers

I emailed the company about a price match a day after I brought the graphics card from OFFICENERD. Never heard a thing... They are happy to take you're money, but after that, they will not want to know you.
Morale of the story is, if you just want something, with any kind of customer service, this is the company to use...

We have received the order and dispatched it, so unfortunately we cannot offer price match on items when you have already purchased the item and it has been dispatched. When you have purchase the item, then that is the agreed price paid and we deliver the item to you for that price. If you then see the item at a lower price elsewhere at a later date, we cannot refund you for the difference between our price and the price you have seen it for elsewhere.
If you would like a price match, the best thing to do is call us before you make the purchase, and we can confirm whether we can price match for the item you are looking for, before you buy it.
