Complete scam artists
Complete scam artists do not pay for this service everything is hidden behind a paywall and there is no guarantee that you will even have your device unlocked afterwards!
DKVKM013DFHY locked to Activation Lock
Very bad service.
These guys are scammers.
They charged my £27 first and after a day, they said I needed to pay £36 for premium service. After I paid, 3 days later, they said I needed to pay for another premium to unlock my phone.
Later they are telling me its marked as stolen, a phone which belongs to my uncle.
i have sent them the purchase receipts for days now and i am still waiting for their reply / refund.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Everything about them is SCAM.
Terrible service
Terrible service, tried to con me out of an extra payment. Ended up getting phone unlocked directly through the network which was free & this company still kept my initial payment making out they had unlocked the phone when they hadn’t.

Scum bags
Unfortunately read the reviews too late but most it seems had the same experience.
advertise to unlock for 19.99
no where at all does it state there will be further charges, it offered the full unlock for this price.
when you pay the money you get a further email asking for 30 pound to unlock it.
please don’t waste your money on these ,Scammer, Cheaters and Liars
Worst company,Fraud , liars, cheaters, scammers, words cannot describe the despicable act this company does. Do not use them.
I paid £19.99 first, was told then to pay £23 so that they can unlock and was guaranteed final payment. After couple of days they say it’s lost/stolen phone and cannot do anything. Liars.
It’s my own phone I lost my password then it got disabled. Waste of £43. Please I beg you never to use scammers.
It worked for me
It worked for me. Though it was late service delivered😄. Thank you officialiphoneunlock.uk
lost all my money. Stay away
after I paid 27$ thinking they would remove my iPad's iCloud lock I got a message saying that to remove the iCloud of the previous owner ( still me) I'd have to pay another 41$, I sent a few emails but no one responded so I paid another 41$ (total 68$ ). After 2 days tracking every minute my order at 50% I got another email saying my iPad is has been reported lost/stolen and that after a few days the will write me back to go premium (which means more money for sure). Mind you that I checked my serial number online and my iCloud is safe I even emailed them as proof but still no answer.
some of us actually work really hard to get money you can't just take 68$ and give vouchers!! this is insane!
I regret ignoring all the bad reviews ( I've been warned) now I feel stupid please stay away people. it's a scam.
Update: My tracking progress just said it can't unlock because it is reported as stolen/lost even if I don't quite know how since I have this iPad for nearly 9 years. anyway it just said it will message me in a few days to go premium which I won't risk. I even sent proof that my iCloud is safe but I never get a reply that is why I'm here. Please help me fix this.

Complete scam do not use this company!
Complete scam and terrible experience. They will ignore requests to stop or refund services. By far the worst experience I’ve had. Save yourself the trouble and money. This site is obviously ran by the lowest of scum.
We got scammed and no unlock during covid 19
We got scammed . Paid 19.99 then 30 and then the 99.99 service which according to them is a premium service to unlock a barred phone, which our devices was legit , bit had a work email which is not valid on the apple id after that , no response.
Scam people during covid crisis shame on this company
It’s very good service.
I am very happy that my phone is free and able to insert other SIM cards. I only spent 3 days waiting to unlock via Fast Track. It is a fast and very economical service.
DO NOT BUY! SCAM!!
DO NOT BUY! I was charged 27 for the service and then they added an additional 42. They could not unlock my device so they charged me an additional 100 to try to get more money from me. I was given a voucher for not being able to unlock my iphone, but it is worth way less than what I already paid. I am trying to get my initial payment back, but they stopped replieng to my emails.
Avoid! You don't get what you paid for. SCAM!
Avoid. This is SCAM!
I made the initial payment of £19.99 expecting a service whereby an attempt would be made to unlock my device from iCloud, only to be provided with advice on contacting the previous owner or to go to Apple to get it unlocked. Seriously, £19.99 for this!! Something a consumer will have already done before coming to them!! Nothing on their site to suggest that for £19.99 this is all that you will get! I have since contacted them for a refund and awaiting a response! Also messaged Nochex payments and awaiting a reply. Next I'll be contacting my bank to report them if I don't get a refund!
DO NOT BUY
Completly waste of money and time. Spend about 150£ and nothing happend. Absolutlly joke tis page, i wish i read about this website before i done first payment of 19.99.

Bought the £19.99 service to get rid of…
Bought the £19.99 service to get rid of Activation Lock on my mums IPAD after one of my children had locked her out and she couldn’t remember how her Apple ID for it. After 24 hours I was asked for another £30 to fully unlock this. I hesitantly paid this and have now received an email some 48 hours later saying they can’t do this as the device has been declared as lost or stolen. It states I need to pay for a further premium service!!!!
I am quite honestly shocked at this service especially when the email I had saying it can’t be done listed the device as iPhone.
Edit
They have now refunded back and this seems like an honest mistake. Happy with the customer service element of this.

The actual truth!
On the website it claims that it takes from 24 to 72 hours, well for me it’s been 68 hours and it’s not even 60% done.
Also they ask you to pay an additional fee for an iCloud “auto removal” , and I bet you once mine is done it will say that there is something wrong and that I will have to pay again...
They do NOT reply to their email whatsoever so that’s another thing on the website that is a straight lie, on their website it doesn’t say ANYWHERE except the terms and conditions that you will probably need to pay and extra fee for an auto removal. I wouldn’t waste time here sorry boys!
Edit: I got an email saying that the device is lost or stolen and that it says on the website that you need a premium service to unlock lost or stolen iPhones, it DOES NOT say on the website so please please do not purchase their service because you WILL get scammed!
All worked as advertised
All worked as advertised - and I didn't have to leave my phone with someone else. It took a few days for the unblocking to complete, but a handy link showed progress thereby assuring me that all was progressing.
