Official iPhone Unlock 

I requested a phone unlock at the cost of £14.99 when unlock arrived they have tried to charge me another £39.99 no mention of this before i paid the £14.99, this must be clearly advertised when making the initial payment. Also just a note about trustpilot for anyone reading this, they keep asking me to stop telling the truth about my experience, make your own mind up people, use your network supplier to unlock your phone, not these online companies

Now I'm asking for the full refund of the payments because they cannot unlock the Iphone .
I will be waiting next 2 days before contacting my bank to do a indemnity request in the two payments made.

First i have bought a iCloud unlocking service. Then they told that my phone is in the list of lost or stolen. Ok that’s fine. After few months later i got s mail from officialiphoneunlock was they have the premium service for icloud unlock. That is works for lost or stolen phone as well. Ok then i paid for premium iCloud unlock. They told me that will take 15 days . But have passed 1 year already is still in process. I tried to contact with customer support team but they don’t reply. If you can’t do this just let me know. Why you guys r cheating with me. I have paid my own money for the service not free.

I paid initially £17.9 to "check" if the device can be unlocked. I received an email saying it can be unlocked for an extra £32.99...
I paid again and then received a message saying that it can't be unlocked... So I have lost £49 for nothing. Still don't really undertsand why there is a initial check saying that they can unlock the device while they can't unlock it.

yes for reall avoid them at any cost, it has been year i paid for unlock and they did not bother to even reply to my complains, ignorance

Avoid them at all first I paid £19.99 then ask another £30 then ask another £99 for premium service after paying all they not anymore responding any email at all avoid them at any cost
Finally I m fed up and contacting Nochex for payment and filling my credit card as well

Greetings to friends. I leave my review why this page scammed. They are not serious asking for a payment of $ 19.99 then another of $ 42.99 then they tell you to wait and do not unlock any cell phones.

Save yourself time and money and don't trust this company. I tried the iCloud unlock service, and a few days later, I got an email saying that the phone was "marked as stolen" and that they couldn't help me. They then said if I could prove that the phone wasn't stolen, they would refund my money. I promptly sent the pictures of the IMEI check stating that the phone was clean. I sent them numerous emails over the past few weeks, over ten, and I've gotten no response. I am so utterly disappointed with this company, as I though they offered a solution to my problem.

high prices of over 200 are sent after initial 17.99 fee for my two iphones, claims its the cheapest on the internet but it really isn't. Poor communication and poor service delivery. contacted PayPal and getting my bank to do an indemnity request in the two payments made. they will no doubt follow up on this.
hasnt responded to my emails asking for refunds, all theyve done is give a 'voucher' for other hugely overpriced services

It is what it is. These people sim unlocked my iPhone 6s that was locked to Japan KDDI network. They did it for the stated price and in under ten days. I have read lots and lots of negative reviews but can only say that they sim unlocked my iPhone. I can only say it worked for me.

I have been awaiting a service I purchased on the 8th of January, today is the 18th and their service delivery is 1-7 days.

They have taken two payments now totalling £90 and the response I got to my email asking for information was to track my order. Which has been sat at 75% for the duration of my wait.

Poor communication and poor service delivery. I will be waiting until end of business on Monday before contacting PayPal or getting my bank to do a indemnity request in the two payments made.

I wouldn't recommend this service. My iPhone 6 had an activation lock on it since I had forgotten my Apple ID info, I was trying to look for a cheap way to get it unlocked. I found this website and contemplated on whether I should just spend the £19.99 (for fear it would just take my card info), I looked at all the positive reviews and decided to just go for it, then it said my process was 25% complete and started saying I needed to spend a further £30 to get it to 50%, I then decided to check reviews on Trustpilot and found that many people shared a similar experience to me , however they spent much more money and that money is non refundable. So I basically just threw away £20 and I don't want anyone else to lose out like I have

Very bad experience with this company. It’s been exactly over a week since I last heard from them. They have taken my money and haven’t made any effort what so ever to help me. Information they provide is never stated clearly. Very bad customer experience. If I had it my way I’d review a 0.

I paid for the unlocking service for the iPhone 8 locked to Sprint USA since the 30th of September, 2019. Up till date no word from them. I sent a series of emails and no replies. Even paid for fast track, all went down the drain. No contact number on their website. My iPhone is clean and not on the global blacklist. I NEED HELP IN REFUNDING MY £69.98.
