I have availed their premium service last October 2019 but until now no result and no one from their company replies to my email.

They are just good at convincing you to avail the service but no feedback nor reply.

Not at all happy with this. initial fee of £14.99 (actually £17.99 inc VAT) followed up by request for a further £118.89!!!!
This is in no way made obvious at the time of the initial purchase.
All mobile companies now offer this service for free I was just looking to to save some time as Vodafone take upto 2 weeks to unlock a phone that other providers can do in 24hrs.
I know I have no chance of getting my money back due to their T&Cs but the fact remains that this is not the way reputable companies function. Avoid or at least be aware that £14.99 is a straight up lie.

Took £17.99 one day, I read the terms and conditions and nowhere did I say that I had to pay another £58 + the next day!! I thought extra charges would be much less as it didn’t specify a maximum!! I am so angry- this should he made clearer to people!!

i preordered icloud unlock at 19.99 in feb 2018 then they requested more money after saying they could unlock phone extra 30 which they then said they could not unlock at a total cost of 49.99 no refund given but apparently i was given as a good will gesture a coupon that does not expire for the full value of 49.99 upon trying to redeem this voucher on 28/12/19 which states can be used against a sim unlock or other services the only service it will allow me to use is premium service at even more money for the same phone which would probably not work as well then still be given no refund and left with a voucher you cant use. i have emailed support on numerous occasions this month reguarding my voucher and no communication from so called support. they take your money request more and more money for services they do not deliver.

I have been waiting for 11 weeks and have paid them £18 then another £48. Every time I email their support they send back the same response saying it’s progressing and to check my updates online - the last update was made on the 15/11. This is not an unlock service.

Did not unlock. I went through all the steps and they emailed me saying its unlocked but Activation lock is still showing up. No where to get any support. I wish some one would reach out to me. I purchased the activation lock removal service and got nothing but a email saying it was unlocked. I really need your team to reply to my emails.

Paid pre unlock £19.99 and a further £79 on the 24 of December still no unlock after the said 48hours .

Beware of this service. They lure you in with a relatively cheap price. Once you've paid that, they tell you you need a premium service and get you to pay more money for that. Then they told me my phone was listed as reported as lost/stolen with Apple and I'll need to pay more money to get it unlocked. At this point I checked the phone's imei number against several sites that allow you to check to see if the imei is blocked or disabled by Apple and, lo and behold, it wasn't. Now they don't respond to my requests for a full refund so unless you want to through your money away, avoid this service

I paid the 17.99 for the pre order and got an email saying my unlock was ready for release upon paying the remainder £47.99

So I paid it, and now it's gone back to 30% and saying it it isn't ready for release! I am beyond angry!

If they manage to surprise me and give me my unlocked in the next few days, as they said 24-72hrs, then I will retract this, but until then...
