Service was no-nonsense, clear and friendly - no promotional or sales speak. I could not have wished for better. I was allowed to wear potential watches under different light and was not pushed in any direction to make a decision. As a result, my wrist now has a fantastic IWC. Worth every penny. If you have not been to Official Watches do so - the service is professional and comes without clutter.

I really wanted to write this review as I had such a first class experience buying my Rolex Submariner Date from Official Watches. Before running my own property maintenance business I was a teacher for 20 years and making such a large purchase obviously represents a significant leap of faith to make in dealing with an unfamiliar company. My first time dealing with Official Watches and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The timepiece was delivered on time and in the amazing condition as promised. All at a price other watch dealers could not match.
Several phone calls were exchanged with the sales assistant Michael, who was exceptional at all times whilst being extremely knowledgeable.
All in all the purchasing experience was effortless and pleasurable, Official Watches are getting the first phone call for future business.

Since relocating to London, I've tried to deal with WatchClub, Watchfinder and WatchCentre but their service is awful. If I buy new I go to Wempe or second hand I will only come back to Official Watches. Great experience, very reasonable prices and Dino is on top of his game. He picks up the phone and promptly responds to emails and proactive in trying to make a reasonable deal work. I'm delighted with my recent purchase - a Jaeger-Lecoultre Master Compressor Extreme World Chronograph! Dino you rock!

I cant recommend them enough. Purchased an AP today and was given a price that was a steal. Very informative these guys definitely know their stuff when it comes to watches especially the higher end stuff ( AP/Patek/ R Mille). They even threw in two extra links for free as I have a large wrist. Good bunch of guys. I Would definitely buy from them again when in the market for a new watch.

I found Official Watches on line and dropped them an email regarding an Audemars Piguet.
The service was top notch and not only was the price the best I'd found but the amount I received for my Blancpain Flyback was also higher than offered elsewhere.
Naturally dealing with an unknown party in a product as often counterfeited as a luxury watch can be a concern but I can assure anybody reading this that all of my contacts in the watch trade know Dino very well and his Gloucester Place office is very slick and impressive.
Dino now has a new loyal customer!

I recently purchased a Tag Heuer Formula 1 Calibre 16 - Limited Edition from Official Watches. It was brand new (registered only 5 months) and had all the paperwork/registration documents accompanying it when I went to view it. I will never buy from a main high street retailer again. Went to official watches to get my daytona, every where else told me i had to wait atleast two years to get one. Prompt, reliable and great service had my watch within two weeks brand new, would reccomend to anyone !

Buying an expensive Timepiece is both rewarding and daunting. Lots available Online and of course you want a good deal..., but how do you tell the good from the bad or worse still the fakes....
I much prefer making this type of purchase in a shop where I can see for myself, so when I came across OfficialWatches, with the right stock I was able to speak them first and then travel to London to see the watch (they even agreed to hold it for me)
At the shop, its a real place, with lots of real watches and some genuinely nice and knowledgeable people. No middle man. Perfect for me and at a price I was happy to pay.
Needless to say, very happy to share my views and whilst London isn't far for me, so my next purchase will be a journey up, I would have no problems buying Online from these guys

Purchased a watch after visiting the website and was able to complete the entire transaction with Dino through a few e-mails. The watch arrived overseas in one day and is outstanding. They did everything to make the transaction smooth, comfortable and easy.

Travelled down from Sheffield to London, armed with a list of 6 or 7 dealers to visit, having researched into the purchase of a pre-owned Rolex Yachtmaster.

First stop was Official Watches, there we met Michael. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and put us at ease straight away. There was no pressure selling, he even suggested we went away and thought about it.
However the watch that they had was of very good quality and at a good price, so we did the deal and went away very happy.
The list of other dealers thrown in bin, and a good day on the beer in sunny London, with a shiny new (to me) Rolex Yachtmaster on the wrist.

I ordered an Zenith watch and had few questions. The company answered me all details around the watch. The delivery was very ultra fast. I ordered, the company received next day the money and on the next day send the watch on the direct way to me. 1 working day and the watch was my hands. The delivery was from UK to Germany. The price of the watch was more than awesome. I saw the watch never for such good price than in other Stores.
