I bought a Rolex Daytona from Dino and the process couldn't have been more simple. It was a trade in and as I live in Scotland I was naturally nervous about sending my existing watch to London with no experience of the company. The guys were outstanding, both Dino and Michael did exactly what they needed to do and the transaction was complete in two days, I received my new watch by guaranteed post on the saturday morning. I spoke to a few other watch companies before Official Watches and I am so glad I chose them, first class from start to finish

After contacting two other vendors to buy a Daytona (Neither even bothered to reply to my query in 3 days), I decided to try Official watches. Watch was invoiced, paid and dispatched inside 3 working hours!

Great value on an amazing AP and even had an original AP runner strap thrown in for free, great personal service from Dino and that is often missed in this trade of high end items, am sure I will be dealing more with official watches and would recommend them to anyone in the future.

I was a little nervous buying my first Rolex and searched around a lot to find the one I wanted at the right price.

Michael and Official Watches were absolutely superb from the first phone call. I don't live in London and therefore wanted to make sure the watch was as good as they said before coming over. Michael sent pictures and videos of the watch to my phone so I could be absolutely sure of the condition. I needn't have worried. The watch was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier with it.

Michael was very welcoming and showed me a number of other watches including an unbelievable Richard Mille. I have no doubt that I will be visiting them again in the future.

The process was simple and quick from start to finish.
No problems and no haggling, everything confirmed within seconds. Very helpful with after sales service.

I dealt with Dino and it was late evening when I emailed him and he came back to me within minutes and after exchanging several emails we agreed the deal and the watch a Calibre de Cartier was promptly dispatched the next day in excellent condition.
