Really surprised by the number of negative reviews. My experience with Offspring was nothing but positive.
Placed order for a pair of Nike Daybreaks and received them within 48 hours. Product well-packaged with an outer Offspring box and received in great condition.
Have to say it was difficult to find fault.

Super fast delivery no damage to items and super rare shoes and size found. I read the reviews after purchasing my experience definitely does not reflect the reviews here as my service was flawless and excellent from start to finish. Thanks again offspring I will be back!

Made an order for some limited drop shoes, wasn’t happy that my student discount wouldn’t work.
Found the same shoe elsewhere and my student discount worked so I emailed Offspring to cancel my order.
They cancelled it and issued my refund within the hour so I had a good experience with them on that.

Sent a pair of trainers back to Offspring via DPD drop off on Monday 27th April. Appears the trainers have gone AWOL. So I’m now left out of the tune of £70 whilst Offspring investigate with DPD. Utter joke!
Never received a message on here from you. I’ve resorted to opening up a recharge with my bank account.

Ordered a pair of trainers which were not delivered, still being sent between the delivery company and Offspring for a refund. Will never use again.
Update: Three weeks later and still not received any trainers or a refund. Unbelievably poor customer service from Offspring and its parent company Office.

I recently purchased a pair of Nike Ava Rover trainers from Offspring. Unfortunately the order arrived with several issues: the shoe box was visibly damaged despite the outer shipping box being intact, the tissue paper normally included with new trainers was missing, and the midsole of the left trainer had a chip where a small piece of material had come loose. This suggested the shoes had not been thoroughly quality checked before dispatch.
I contacted Offspring’s customer service team to request a partial refund to reflect the condition the shoes arrived in. Despite referencing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was repeatedly told that no partial refund could be offered as the shoes had been purchased in a sale. It is worth noting that consumer rights apply equally to sale items, so I did not find this reasoning acceptable.
Offspring did refund the delivery charge and offered a 20% discount code off a future purchase, but declined to offer any further remedy on the defective product itself. Having exhausted the complaints process without a satisfactory resolution, I returned the trainers and received a full refund.
I was not initially reimbursed for the return postage despite Offspring’s own website stating that postage costs would be refunded where a fault is confirmed. After raising this separately, the £2.95 was eventually refunded.
Whilst every refund was ultimately issued, each one required a separate chase and considerable back and forth. The experience of receiving a defective product and having to persistently pursue a fair resolution means I will not be shopping with Offspring again.

I placed an order for these shoes a week and a half ago now and all it’s been saying is the label for the delivery has been created and they are yet to dispatch the shoes to the delivery courier. I’ve emailed their customer service and am yet to get a response and they have also charged me for this already and I’m yet to receive the product, horrible customer service horrible company. If they don’t have any stock the least they can do is cancel the order and refund me instead of making me wait all this time.

The people you employ to package and dispatch goods are seriously lacking adequate training or are following a poor company practice that you have in place. I was sent two pairs of trainers and a baseball cap in a plastic bag, boxes arrived with damage and the baseball cap crushed upon arrival, today. Why not have the foresight and decency to use cardboard boxes and double box like other retailers do, so that stuff has half a chance to arrive undamaged and in shape? Maybe also try making a bit of effort when packing softer goods with heavier boxed items? You're in the business of selling trainers so are obviously aware that people collect them. The lack of care taken is abysmal. I rarely have this issue with other retailers as they don't skimp. A poor representation of Offspring with my first order. Will likely send back as I feel it's a disrespect. I have emailed Offspring help.

The Staff at the Brighton branch couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. No quibble exchanges if i ever need to return some shoes and a great selection of trainers.

Horrible customer service clearly outsourced. Will post to NI but won't facilitate a return from NI and don't care.

Took a risk despite all the negative reviews but my experience was much like everyone else's. Ordered a pair of sneakers on 25th April and received a confirmation email, then heard nothing until exactly one week later when I received an email to say my order had been cancelled. They clearly never had the stock. No other company I have ever ordered from lists items that are not in stock and even if they did it likely wouldn’t take them a whole week to let the customer know. Thankfully they do not take money from accounts unless items are dispatched but this is still a massive waste of peoples time, getting peoples hopes up that they have found the perfect pair of shoes all for nothing.

Great choice of trainers. Got the ones I wanted at a great price. Quick delivery. Will definitely use this site again.

Easy to navigate website, excellent communication of order and delivery time, actual item delivered quickly and well packaged.
Hi,
I’m writing as a genuine trainer enthusiast and long time fan. It’s frustrating to see a company like Offspring selfridges London promote a release publicly only for customers to arrive in store and be told the shoes have already been allocated.
As someone who made the effort to get there early it feels misleading. If a product is presented as available to the public it should actually be accessible not quietly reserved in advance.
It raises the question can people no longer buy trainers they genuinely like because of internal allocation staff advantage or the influence of resale value
It’s honestly a real shame. Situations like this take away from the enjoyment and fairness that should come with being part of the trainer community.
Regards,

I recently had to return a pair of trainers and there was a technical problem on the side of my credit card provider which was blocking the refund from being applied. While even now the credit card provider is still trying to explain how this happened to me Cameron Fraser from Offspring was pro-active and arranged an alternative refund for me to avoid any further delay.
Brilliant customer service and an example of someone going above and beyond.
Horrible Company.
I reached out regarding a pair of shoes I purchased approximately one month ago. Unfortunately, I’ve already experienced noticeable damage to the front/toe area (peeling and tearing of the material), despite normal use.
Given how recently the shoes were purchased, I’m concerned this may be a manufacturing defect rather than typical wear and tear. They sent back the shoes claiming it was as a result of wear and tear. I will never order again from this company.
I have ordered from this company since 2022. But never again.

Ordered a pair of trainers, not cheap, no order number came up, no email confirmation and they double charged me, there is no way to actually speak to someone about it, apart from an email address, which I have emailed. I don’t feel confident I will receive this order and have now got to chase a refund for the extra pair I never ordered and possibly the actual pair I feel won’t be delivered !
Would appreciate someone giving me a number for a human to speak to please !!!

Returned an order to Offspring and the parcel was confirmed as received back by them on 2 March 2026 (tracked via Yodel). Despite this, the refund was not processed and I had to chase customer service multiple times over an extended period.
I received repeated assurances that the refund would be handled, but nothing actually happened. In the end, I did not receive the refund from Offspring at all and had to raise a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider to get my money back.
Very disappointing experience. A return should not require weeks of chasing or bank intervention to resolve. I won’t be ordering again.
