Not refunded for returned item.
Avoid at all costs.
Bought via Debenhams and although emailed refund would be after 7 business days still no refund after 14 days.
Told in additional email 2-3 weeks.

Useless company

Leather is of poor quality and they did not send refund, after I returned product Will be contacting trading standards and ASOS in regards to having company removed from ASOS.

The company has had my returns since beginning of May I believe.I contacted them on 17 May asking if the item had been received back they said yes and would be processing my refund by the end of the day. As yet 28 th May nothing. I say don’t even think about ordering from them.I should have read the reviews first.

I was looking for some leather winter boots and thought I’d give this brand a try so purchased and received a pair on 19th December. As soon as I opened the box I knew they weren’t for me, they looked cheap and like they wouldn’t last long for what I needed (an every day pair that could take a bit of a beating)
I didn’t even get the second boot out the box before I initiated a return via their policy using Royal Mail collection. I received confirmation they had received the returned boots on 26th December. It is now 12th January and I am yet to receive my refund. I have sent numerous emails and just keep getting the same response ‘we’ll look into this’
I understand the Christmas period is busier than usual but I see no excuse now for this to not be sorted and I need my money.
Would not recommend using this company.

1. Boots arrived with a splot of glitter on the elastic (Chelsea boots).

2. Soles already coming off after less than 3 weeks of daily wear

I got caught by the cheap prices for real leather, but the quality was not worth it! Actually very sad as I needed boots for work and now I basically wasted £50 and need to order new ones for £100+.

Thought to write this review as this seems to be quite a small company many people don't if they can trust or not - you shouldn't.

I have been looking for a Jolaby dress for ages and couldn't believe my luck when I found it at off the Hook for less than half price. I wanted it for the weekend and they made sure it got here in time. Dress is lovely, as is all of the stuff on the website. Will definitely use Off the Hook again, thanks!
