Very quick response and fast repair of any issues . Mark has had a professional approach and always keeps the customer informed on the time of arrival.
We had an issue with our internet connection and the engineer that attended (Mark W) could not have been more helpful. He was professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. He turned up exactly on time and had no trouble in getting us connected again. He also went the extra mile to help us set up our Sky Entertainment package. We were very impressed
Good communication regarding appointment time. Efficient and polite
Errol was fast and efficient, as well as very friendly and helpful. We were without internet for four days, due to an electrician damaging the fibre. Errol fixed the issue within 20minutes. Great service, thank you!
Paul the engineer went out of his way to solve our connectivity issue and also tidied up all the wires in our cables cupboard so they were no longer a potential hazard. Very pleased with the service
I had no internet for two days and was struggling to get updates through the usual channels. I happened to meet Errol while he was working nearby and asked if he could check my connection. He was upfront and honest, explaining the issue wasn’t inside my house and that they were already working on it in the area.
Later on, he came back to follow up and checked if my connection had been restored, which I really appreciated. Even though the issue wasn’t something he could fix directly on-site, his communication and professionalism stood out.

Errol was wonderful! He fixed my cut fiber in now time and extremely pleasant. If I ever have a WiFi issue again, I hope he is the engineer that comes back.

What could’ve been days of frustration with the kids is now completely sorted, and my wife can get straight back to working from home without any issues. He didn’t just fix the problem — he made sure everything was running properly before he left.
Top bloke, professional, and really knows his stuff. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Utterly rubbish service. OFNL operates as a literal monopoly on new-build estates, and they clearly know it because they treat customers with zero urgency. They are currently hiding behind vague "maintenance" excuses while refusing to provide my ISP (MTH) with any actual technical updates or ETRs (Estimated Time of Repair).
Because of their incompetence, I’m being forced to spend more on mobile data than my actual monthly broadband bill just to stay connected. They are overpriced, their support infrastructure is a joke, and their business practices are scummy. If I had the choice of a legacy Openreach line, I’d switch in a heartbeat. Avoid any property that is locked into this "OFNL-only" trap if you value your sanity and your wallet.

Have been without wifi and internet since Friday, Paul fnl engineer was assigned. He kept me informed throughout the day and on arrival quickly found the problem. Once working Paul supported me with the router and ensured all was working before leaving. He also expalined why it was not working and the basics to look for. Can not speak highly enough of Paul's customer service and professionalism, thanks so much for your help.

Mark Wright from OFNL attended my house today to fix problems I was suffering with my OFNL connections especially badly affecting my home phone line service which I had reported to my provider seethelight. He was very helpful, professional & knowledgeable. After testing he found the problem causing this. He changed the necessary parts & fixed the problem with my connections. He stayed on to thoroughly test everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Mark to fix any problems you are experiencing with your OFNL service.
