Fantastic service from the OFNL engineer today (Mark). He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. Planned internet via an OFNL provider a month before moving into new home. 5 days in, daily calls, no internet, no proactivity and no ownership.
Editted 3/11- service now active but took a lot of to-and-fro. No explanation as to why service didn't activate as intended.

Had an engineer visit from OFNL, Mark was friendly and approachable. He went out of his way to make sure the connection was performing how it should. Been on this network for over 6 years now, overall the OFNL FTTx service is very reliable, the issue I faced was with throughput. Never had a TLOS fault in 6 years which in my opinion is good going. The only thing I would say is, be careful of which ISP you choose as there are some cowboys that provide over OFNL. Had no issue with Seethelight over the OFNL network.

Stuart from Ofnl came out this afternoon to replace my fibre box and check my broadband signal. He was very professional, approachable and extremely helpful and patient. Thank you so much (also for moving my router and checking the cabling). Cannot recommend him and Ofnl highly enough.

Overpriced rubbish! unfortunately living on a new build development we have no choice but to use an overpriced OFNL provider. Very little price difference between each supplier means you're paying way over the odds compared to standard BT or other cable providers. They give BS about "future proof"and "state of the art" but at the end f the days it's just broadband internet, certainly no better that BT, Sky or Virgin.

Paul from OFNL came out and carried out a repair to get me back online. He contacted with a short notice available slot which saved me waiting another 2 days without internet, really appreciated that. Nice guy and got everything done and tidied away in great time, including correcting something that wasn't done during the house being built which will prevent the issue in the future.

The fault was reported to my provider and an appointment was made immediately. The engineer Mark W kept me well informed of his schedule which he was prepared to work around a dtrs appointment. Turned up in a timely manner respected the property and dealt with it efficiently. Gave good advice regarding the system which is now working as required. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review to both the company and my engineer.

Awful monopoly style company that forces lock ins. No access to open reach. And all providers are exactly the same in price. .bar the odd one or two pounds.
Cheapest plan is around £35 on any network for 100mbps
Virgin media on the otherhand. Had an offer for gigabyte fibre for £27.99 per month. And far more reliable than these clowns.

Connection issues from the exchange to my ONT (optical network terminal). The OFNL Engineer Mark W, contacted me first thing the next day after I reported my issue to my ASP and arrived perfectly on time at 0815 in the morning as expected. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and immediately found the issue (broken fibre at rear of ONT. He promptly fixed the fibre extremely professionally and my broadband is now working perfectly. He also gave me some useful advice about FTTH. I would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks again Mark!
