Virgin bad, OFNL good

After struggling and arguing with Virgin Media for nearly 3 weeks I finally convinced them it was a fibre issue in the house and they didn't need to dig the road up! Eddie and Tom from OFNL arrived the next day (3 days early!) and fixed it in an hour. Top service, top blokes. Thank you very much.

Paul the engineer from OFNL was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Worked was carried out fast and to a very high standard. Great communication and very helpful. Cant recommend enough. Great job.

New router input

Internet was down for the best part of a week. Mark W came round a day earlier than scheduled to install a new router. In and out in 5 minutes, also taking time to advise us on what the issue is and how we can improve the internet signal around the house. Very efficient and very helpful!

I would rather give my money to the homeless

I would rather give my money to the homeless than pay for the limited options OFNL provide, disgusting 360mbs for over £50?! Disgusting. I paid £19.99 at my old address for the same package.

Outstanding Service

Had problems with my broadband connection that was no fault of Ofnl. They booked an engineer to come out immediately and within 48 hours I was back up and running. Mark W was the engineer who visited the property and he was a credit to the company. Great communication before and after and even managed to move the appointment up a day which was greatly appreciated

So a gentleman called Mark W attended…

So a gentleman called Mark W attended my property to fix my internet as it was not working. Even though he was unable to complete the job properly due to my fibre wire being snapped he still did an amazing job fitting a temporary line in so that I was still able to use my internet. He was very helpful and polite and made sure he explained everything so I knew what was happening and what was going to happen from now in regards to getting my new fibre line fitted. Very helpful and did an amazing job overall to ensure I wasn’t left without internet any longer.

Total broadband loss of connection.…

Experienced loss of my broadband connection for a day. I have two daughters (10) & (17), so Roblox and social media wasn’t accessible for 24 hours. Mark W arrived at my address promptly and demonstrated patience and efficiency. He waited for me to arrive at my address (40) minutes and worked to a high standard. Really appreciate everything he did.

Jorge, a great ambassador for your company

Jorge provided a premium service today, his politeness, manners,and his professional competence and expertise is something you rarely see today. He is a great ambassador for your company and truly understands how to deal with the customer. He almost made our technical issues a pleasure so a big shout out to Jorge ,you'd be extremely lucky to get him if you need an engineer.

Great customer service

Mark is a professional. The entire repair was quick and efficent, had outstanding communication answering any queries. Even though I messed up, he fixed the internet that same day explaining what i done wrong and how to prevent it. I highly recommend Mark.
