The network is the worst i have experienced anyhwere in the UK. Drops every single day and there’s extended periods of time where you can’t connect to the Internet and it’s not just my home it’s the whole housing complex. You have no choice in providers as they are performance wise all equally bad and exorbitantly overpriced on the OFNL network. Sue the builders and the construction companies for forcing this on all of us. If you see the responses provided for any negative feedback, it is the same recorded once for all the negative feedback. Ha, this is a joke in this day and age when you are forced to aceept this incompetence.

All of the reviews on here are talking about specific engineers being good, but the network itself constantly drops every single day and there’s whole portions of time where you can’t connect to the Internet and it’s not just my home it’s the whole estate because everyone’s on Facebook absolutely ridiculous there’s nothing you can do about it. You have no choice in providers. Someone needs to sue the builders and the construction companies for forcing this on all of us because it was cheaper for them to put in. It really isn’t fit for purpose and they’re very slow to give information about outages.

It's not that ONFL offer a bad service, but they are to small so very few providers use them and this means a cartel of overpriced providers. Even sky rebrands itself as seethelight on ONFL so they can charge more...

Paul came to fix our WiFi and was brilliant. He had to travel quite some way as he was covering for a colleague on the day and it was really appreciated. He was incredibly friendly, had great communication throughout the day and fixed the issue quickly.

Useless bunch of people, were confined to a housing area where we have to endure a useless not fit for purpose communal Satellite and TV aerial, these people are a joke. Feel free to call me to discuss make sure you have someone that know what their saying to me.

Poor service. Didn’t answer my query properly after being told within a year I would be able to sign up to major internet providers through the fibre network on a brand new housing development. Have repeatedly asked about this and all the big providers say they are finding it difficult to provide us with broadband. The fibre network provided my OFNL is very poor. Constant cutting out of service and the provider ‘see the light broadband’ just keep saying it’s OFNL and can’t do anything. Was told to call or use the chat. No answer on either.

Mark was brilliant, carried me along as he worked on the system. He was well detailed and ensured he identified the problem and fixed it. He further went ahead to inform me what to do should my 5G not work immediately. He ensured I tested the system ensuring it was working before he left.

I’m highly disappointed with itsfibre(OFNL). I’m supposed to be getting 900 Mbps, but the speeds I’m seeing are nowhere near that. Most of the time, the connection is slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get anything done. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but the issues remain. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a premium for speeds that are promised but not delivered. I would not recommend itsfibre(OFNL), to anyone who needs consistent, high-speed internet. My area is CB23 6NE

Had a problem with our fibre which required an engineer to come out and fix the issue. Firstly Mark was helpful on the phone to try and solve the issue but unfortunately the things we tried didn't work, so he had to arrange for an engineer visit. Initially this was going to take 2 days which wasn't ideal as I work from home full time. Thankfully Mark was able to get an engineer to me within 4 hours and the engineer worked his magic and got me back online. Excellent service all round.

we have a new build totally let down by builder with 2 Autistic Children and working from home. Jorge went over and above what he was here to do contacting a number of departments to get us working. First experience of OFNL and Jorge gave me the confidence I lacked about this network provider. He has certainly given the best experience for the brand thank you

Had a very efficient and informative engineer called Mark come and resolve my WiFi connections issue as I had some damaged wiring on the outside box connecting to my OFNL box. Mark showed great ingenuity to resolve my issue quickly and get me back up and running
