Purchased an Airoh Aviator 3 helmet…

Purchased an Airoh Aviator 3 helmet advertised as brand new and boxed. It arrived incomplete, missing the peak, with opened packaging and visible signs of handling.

Reported immediately and was told a replacement would be arranged and sent. After waiting, nothing arrived. The seller later claimed it had been delivered but provided no tracking or proof.

I contacted Airoh directly as well as the official UK distributor, both confirmed that no replacement was ever requested or dispatched in my case.

Instead of addressing this, the seller repeatedly pushed for a return and avoided the key issue. Communication became dismissive and included inappropriate public responses rather than resolving the matter.

Very disappointing experience and not what you expect when spending this kind of money.

I wish I could rate this business 0 stars!

I wish I could rate this business 0 stars! I brought my son in to try on helmets. Firstly I was ignored. The shop is a mess and we had to climb over bikes in order to reach helmets which we did carefully. Another customer came in and the owner helped him and continued to ignore us. We continued trying on helmets, which is necessary before purchasing. The owner spoke over and said he would help so we weren’t touching every single helmet, not sure how he expects helmets to be sold without trying on. I thought he sounded rude but thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt, that maybe his intention had come across wrong. He then said that if we damaged anything we would have to pay for it. At this point I told my son we were leaving. He followed me to the door and said he didn’t like my attitude. I told him that I had come into the shop and was ignored and had to climb over stuff to reach helmets. He said he was busy with another customer which I told him was not true, we had come into the shop first. I said I would never be back in the shop again and he told me I wasn’t welcome! I’m not sure how he expects his business to survive. I was not rude to him, I was simply at his shop with the intention of purchasing a helmet. I have never experienced such poor treatment and customer service. Disgusting behaviour!

Ordered multiple items which ended up at another customers address, I received this customers order. As phone calls to OHA were met with such an aggressive response we both decided to just send each other our orders and fix it ourselves. My order was incomplete so called OHA Mr aggressive basically was super unhelpful and kept coming back at me with I am aggressive so I would call over the next 2 months with other family members present so they could listen as it would always end up the same. In the end he said he had sent the missing items, never proved it, I didn't get them, gave up as you can't communicate with him. cut my losses and will never go near OHA again. Neither will my trails club, since once I said I had ordered from OHA they all just went quiet, then said how did that go for you !! wish i had mentioned where I was buying from sooner! hey ho..

Ordered a service kit for a Triumph…

Ordered a service kit for a Triumph street triple, only received 2 out of 3 sparkplugs. Emailed the customer service email address listed and have never received a response. I now have to go and buy a another sparkplug.

Becareful on sizes before purchase

Bought a quad before christmas also bought helmet clothing gear to go with it. The overall service was good but disappointing that the helmet we purchased was too small for my son. I understand now that helmets cant be returned but this was not explained when we purchased the item. If this was the case we would have either brought son to shop to try or purchased a helmet elsewhere. The sales assistant when I have phoned back is positive this was explained to the wife and I but definitely wasent.

Wish I’d read the reviews before…

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering as it seems my issues are not stand alone. Ordered quite large order, said it would arrive in 48hrs it took over 2 weeks, when I rang to query where it was the guy on the phone got very aggressive towards me and then hung up on me. After then emailing my complaint he rung up pretending to be his manager; so crazy and unnecessary when all I wanted was to know where my order was. I eventually received my order but some of it was missing. I rung again and was told it had been posted. However 2 months later I am still waiting for it to arrive, they keep saying it’s been delivered but refuse to send me proof of delivery that they claim they have, they’ve also been rude and harassed me ringing aggressively because I keep querying where my order is.

AVOID ordering from this company they are a scam and incredibly rude with 0 customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Got sent the wrong item twice, then sent on a hunt to local post office twice as told it was there. Post office did not have it and didn’t know anything about it. I was then told I wouldn’t get a refund until the other bits were returned( which I had to pay the postage for),once they had received the parts they then began lying about sending the money through eBay who I rang and they confirmed they hadn’t sent it. Still 3 months on I don’t have my refund

Never deliverers or refunds.

Item was not sent but gave a fake tracking number. The tracking number while searching on DPD or Royal Mail does not exists. Asked me to go to local DPD depot and they said it’s not a real tracking number and find any parcels. Keeps being rude and harasses people. I guess I am not getting the refund. Never replies to any email. Based on my experienced it’s one person running the store acting like it’s a big team. Won’t be surprised if he runs away with all the money.

Awful ordered a body kit and sent multiple emails explaining I hadn’t received my order got one response and was told that all emails are responded to within an hour 😂 rude and disrespectful stolen my money and now have to report to trading standards wish I’d seen other reviews before DO NOT ORDER!!

I've bought brake line kits from OHA motorsport on two occations and both times they arrived very quickly and always well packed.
They fitted perfectly each time.

Shocking service, avoid these scammers

Shocking service. Ordered custom brake pipes, arrived quickly but bolts I specified arrived wrong. I got on to them and they said they'd sent replacements. Waited 2 weeks and nothing arrived, no tracking no. or any help. Ordered and paid for second set. Got a useless tracking no that doesn't work and goods never arrived again. Still no reply to being chased up. They don't deserve your business.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, RUDE AND NOTHING BUT LIES, AVOID!!!
I purchased a crash helmet from this company online, it arrived within a few days but they sent me the wrong helmet, not what I'd ordered. I called the shop and was told to return it and that they would send me out the correct one, over a week later nothing had arrived so I called the shop to find out what was going on, the owner was very rude and told me it had been attempted to be delivered and was at my local Royal Mail sorting office as nobody was home... my partner works from home full time, we have cctv and two dogs so never miss anyone calling at the house plus there was no slip through the door. I went to the local sorting office and was told they have no parcel in my name or address, so I called the shop when they were next open and asked for tracking details, he was rude and told me that their computers were down so I had to call back, he then gave me tracking details but when I tried them out they didn't exist, this happened three times, me calling them, going to the sorting office, calling royal mail but each time the tracking details he gave me were false and didn't exist. The owner is extremely rude, he gave a different storey each time, different tracking details that didn't exist, spoke to me like a angry child and has no customer service whatsoever.
Eventually after a month I finally got a refund but not for my return postage costs, I then ordered a helmet from somewhere else, it arrived within a few days and was what I had ordered. I will never use this company again.
Look at other reviews on Google and Tryst Pilot, it appears to be how this company is run and I'm surprised they are still in business.

Avoid, serious data breach!

I asked for details about an item that didn’t arrive and was repeatedly called without consent, including by someone claiming to be their solicitor. I clearly said I couldn’t talk, but they kept calling. This was harassment, not customer service. It also involved a serious data breach — my personal info was shared without permission. Buyers should know their data may be at risk too. Extremely stressful and unprofessional experience.

Shocking customer support ordered my parcel 3 weeks ago didn’t get a tracking number or anything give the guy a call starts being passive aggressive calling me a liar I hang up the phone and he called me back 4 times to argue with me, shite company with shite customer support do not buy from here.

Obnoxious, shouty, rude owner.

Never in a million years would I give this lot any more of my money.
I just wish I had read the other reviews first.
Same experience as everyone else basically.
Asked to return a faulty item and was met with a shouting, aggressive, angry phone call from the owner.
Plenty of other companies do the same products, so no need whatsoever to tolerate abuse from this nobody.
