Shocking service. Ordered custom brake pipes, arrived quickly but bolts I specified arrived wrong. I got on to them and they said they'd sent replacements. Waited 2 weeks and nothing arrived, no tracking no. or any help. Ordered and paid for second set. Got a useless tracking no that doesn't work and goods never arrived again. Still no reply to being chased up. They don't deserve your business.

I purchased a crash helmet from this company online, it arrived within a few days but they sent me the wrong helmet, not what I'd ordered. I called the shop and was told to return it and that they would send me out the correct one, over a week later nothing had arrived so I called the shop to find out what was going on, the owner was very rude and told me it had been attempted to be delivered and was at my local Royal Mail sorting office as nobody was home... my partner works from home full time, we have cctv and two dogs so never miss anyone calling at the house plus there was no slip through the door. I went to the local sorting office and was told they have no parcel in my name or address, so I called the shop when they were next open and asked for tracking details, he was rude and told me that their computers were down so I had to call back, he then gave me tracking details but when I tried them out they didn't exist, this happened three times, me calling them, going to the sorting office, calling royal mail but each time the tracking details he gave me were false and didn't exist. The owner is extremely rude, he gave a different storey each time, different tracking details that didn't exist, spoke to me like a angry child and has no customer service whatsoever.
Eventually after a month I finally got a refund but not for my return postage costs, I then ordered a helmet from somewhere else, it arrived within a few days and was what I had ordered. I will never use this company again.
Look at other reviews on Google and Tryst Pilot, it appears to be how this company is run and I'm surprised they are still in business.

I asked for details about an item that didn’t arrive and was repeatedly called without consent, including by someone claiming to be their solicitor. I clearly said I couldn’t talk, but they kept calling. This was harassment, not customer service. It also involved a serious data breach — my personal info was shared without permission. Buyers should know their data may be at risk too. Extremely stressful and unprofessional experience.

Shocking customer support ordered my parcel 3 weeks ago didn’t get a tracking number or anything give the guy a call starts being passive aggressive calling me a liar I hang up the phone and he called me back 4 times to argue with me, shite company with shite customer support do not buy from here.

Never in a million years would I give this lot any more of my money.
I just wish I had read the other reviews first.
Same experience as everyone else basically.
Asked to return a faulty item and was met with a shouting, aggressive, angry phone call from the owner.
Plenty of other companies do the same products, so no need whatsoever to tolerate abuse from this nobody.

Absoultely diabolical company, avoid at all costs. Blatant lies about delivery being attempted after weeks then just ignores you. Told them to shove my money where the sun don't shine ✌

Absolutely disgusting business to deal with. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! They are rude, ignorant and accused me of having an attitude problem just because I asked them if it was the lowest price they could do on a quite expensive one piece I was looking to buy for my son for Xmas. He refused to offer any discount (worth a shot) but took an instant offence by my request even though I told him
I would order it from their online website.. I rang them today to see if they could check with their supplier whether they did actually have the size I wanted in stock because I couldn’t find another one in the whole of the Uk and they had stated the day before that their supplier had 7 of them. He was really rude, abrupt and sharp to me and refused to check for me stating that I should believe them. I explained to him the reasoning for my query but he wasn’t having any of it and got really more defensive and rude. Even then, in desperation, I said it was ok and that I’d ‘take a gamble’ and order online on their website . But to my surprise, he said he didn’t want my order because of the way that I was talking to him and because I said I’d ‘take a gamble’, He said he was concerned and suspicious of me and my attitude, he then told me that doesn’t matter what he had told me about the stock, he had actually sold the last one in store that morning even though he advised me the day before that he had none in store and 7 with their supplier. I honestly thought the whole thing was a prank because he was so defensive, argumentative and horrible to me during both phonecals and was talking over me trying to put words in my mouth. I have never ever been spoken to in this way by a store I was about to spend nearly £1000 on. I told Him Where he could stick his one piece and hung up. To think I had one Minute before just told him that I was going to buy the suit from him online and take a gamble. I was so desperate to get one. Well I will definitely not have anything to do with this business ever again. He kept ringing me afterwards too because I said I was going to write a bad review. I answered him on the second occasion and he even pretended to Be the sales manager and stated that one of his colleagues had told him that I wished to make a complaint. I put the phone down (again) and then he kept ringing my number on numerous occasions and I didn’t answer him. Well now I have written a review and I have never, ever written a review before, let alone a bad one but this one is well Deserved and it couldn’t go unregistered. I hope everyone can see it and thinks twice before purchasing anything from there . What an ignorant and disgusting person to deal with.

Exactly the same as previous review. They said 5 working days for delivery and it took 10. They were extremely unhelpul on the phone and claimed that the delivery had been attempted but nobody was in. This is blatantly untrue as the courrier puts the item in the letterbox so no chance of fialed delivery.When the p[roduct arrived it was damaged and in poor condition. Unfortunately I can't upload the picutres. terrible, will never use them again

Worst buying experience I have ever had avoid like the plague

Hopeless. Bought brake pads on a Monday that were needed urgently, paid for express delivery supposedly 1 - 2 day delivery. No tracking details provided. Item allegedly turned up third day (Thursday) but not left as signature required and no note left(as had no tracking details was not aware when and what time arriving and I had to pop out for 1/2 hour).
Phoned OHA, was assured item would be delivered next day, waited in all day, no parcel. No delivery following day. No card left through door saying delivery attempted at any time.
Phoned company today and was told that supposedly on Friday I "had refused delivery" and item being sent back to them - no delivery came on Friday just to be clear here.

What a circus. Now got to wait until they get item delivered back to them (lets hope they do) before they issue a refund.

We ordered some Mud guard stickers but they never arrived , phoned the shop got told they had a photograph of the delivery . We then got told they had received them back and they would resend . Again they never arrived . Phoned the shop and got told credit card would be refunded. Again no refund . Phoned shop and got told it was our fault as we refused delivery and it was our fault transactions had gone wrong.
Yes deliveries can go wrong but don’t blame the customer !

Terrible company, item did not arrive that o purchased, contacted them three times and got no response. Check out there many poor reviews and feedback before you buy from this poorly run company.

Awful customer service, despite advertising "same day despatch" and "48 hour delivery" I eventually received my order 5 weeks after buying.

Consistently lied to about expected delivery time, tracking information given two weeks before the parcel was handed over to Royal Mail, they even told me to contact my local sorting office saying the parcel was there having failed to deliver. I took the 10 mile round trip to my local office who then confirmed what I already knew, the parcel has still not been handed over to Royal Mail.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid like the plague.

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had online. Takes forever to post then when stuff arrives, it’s wrong. Twice they sent the wrong items.
