Excellent quality products, really quick delivery even of personalised items, and staff are very responsive to emails.

I did ask for it to arrive on a Saturday, and out actually arrived 2 days early, but I appreciated that the team tried to accommodate my request even though it's not usually something you can ask for via their website.

Ordered 8 cards for bridal party, came really quickly and were really good quality and at such a good price I was a little worried, but no need they were really lovely. Bride then realised we forgot one and it was just over a week until the wedding, but they made it really easy and sent it straight away, great company, will definately be using again

I'm really pleased with my order from Oh So Cherished, I ordered the pink personalised Corkcicle bottle. It came within a couple of days and is brand new and looks exactly how I expected it to. Bev was a great point of call throughout the whole purchasing/shipping process, thank you.

Brilliant customer service. I ordered a personalised gift but wrongly (somehow) made a mistake in the wording. I emailed for help to change things and the response was brilliant. A fantastic, personalised service from a company that went the extra mile. I placed an order for my best friends wedding gifts very late and Bev called me to find a way to get my gifts to the venue on the morning of the wedding! She assured me that they would be at my hotel by 9am the next day ( the wedding was at 11!). They arrived on time and my friend was in tears when she received her gifts! I would highly recommend this company!

I ordered a remembrance book from this company at very short notice, ( 3 days ) I dealt with Bev who was absolutely fantastic in assisting me at a very difficult time for a family who had lost a son.

Beautiful bracelet! Customer service is absolutely fantastic! I had a problem with the engraving due to unforeseen circumstances and when I explained Bev really did go above and beyond with quick replies and offering me alternatives and alterations to the engraving for a very fair price. Thank you - couldn’t recommend enough!

This company offered exceptional service from point of enquiry to receipt of goods. I found their page on eBay while looking for a leavers book for my football team - obviously advertised as Disney autograph books, but thought it would be worth asking if they could personalise for me as these were great value for money.
The service given from the Bev was outstanding, she was so helpful, we went backwards & forwards with several messages so I was happy with the personalisation.
I ordered 17 books and these were printed exactly how I wanted them, with upgraded delivery to ensure they arrived safely.
