I ordered from this website with such excitement. i couldn't wait to receive my personalised gifts for my niece. 2out of 3 items did not turn up, after chasing them I find out they are in another parcel and will be with me “very very soon”. Its been 4 days since that, and still nothing and no communication whatsoever, no replies to my DMs and emails.
Really disappointed

Customer service is exceptional! There was an error with my delivery, contacted them and was sorted out that day. An example of how all companies should be run! Have also ordered another item off them now as first product was beautiful! Can't recommend this company enough!

Matter of tardy communication via website notwithstanding (which caused misplaced anxiety on my part that all mightn't be well), overall, + in the end, am very happy with quality of bracelet for the price, packaging, + prompt delivery.
