The two guys who came to empty and de-commission the greenhouse tanks (father & son) could not have been more helpful and friendly.
They managed to save over 1,000 litres of oil and transfered it into the house tanks, taking away the three old metal tanks and leaving everything clean and tidy.

Well done!!

Very professional and caring service response when the customer is in urgent need of help. Offered calm and reassuring advice that did not lead to them providing the end solution but ensured the customer got the most appropriate and speedy resolution. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a new tank.

From ordering the tank to the fitting excellent service throughout. We had two tank fitters who arrived from Doncaster even though we are in North Wales who worked very effectively and efficiently. They emptied our old tank into a holding tank on the lorry disconnected our oil pipe new tank was installed on a new base connected up new tank refilled and tested including our boiler. Both fitters were excellent and a credit to the company. Thank you.

Company more than happy to fit cheap, not very good tanks in non compliant sites. Not illegal, but contrary to Oiltec regulations. Did not tell me the ramifications of the non compliant siting of my cheap tank. Basically it can affect fire safety and then house insurance plus when you sell your property it will be noted and mean losing money on your sale. Basically a set of cowboys. When challenged didn’t bother to reply.

Terrible company to deal with, had to chase and chase and chase just to get someone out to provide a quote. After wasting my time I heard nothing back from them. Terrible customer service

The company has a very clear and helpful website that gave me useful information. My initial contact with Pete was quickly replied to and after a short conversation I got a comprehensive quote.

The installation team were very good indeed. work was done very quickly and neatly and they tidied up as they went along which was great.

Why I was particularly happy with the work is that there was a problem with the job which was resolved very well with the minimum of fuss which is the sign of a very good company indeed.

The office administration by Jenna provides an excellent support to the company and answers all questions very quickly.

Recently had two old tanks replaced and a new fire rated tank fitted in a better location. Oil Tanks Plus were excellent from start to finish. They were more than happy to provide free advice and discuss the project with us on site before we’d committed. When it came time for the install the team were really quick, courteous and generally great blokes! The price surprised me too, they came under our expected budget and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

This is a genuine five star review. When I contacted Oiltanksplus, Pete first advised me on how to stop the oil leaking using soap which worked perfectly and removed the stress from the oil leak from the tank split. Then Pete provided a quote the same day and a very quick install date due to my tank leaking. everything was done in a very friendly and professional manner and the best service I have received from a company. The installer Rich arrived on site on the agreed date and emptied the old tank and took down the old tank foundations and then replaced it with a brand new platform and then installed the new tank and placed the oil back (the contaminated oil in the old tank was removed from site so only clean oil went into the new tank. Rich was amazing and ensured at all times that we were happy with the position of the tank and final finish. First class job and totally recommend them to anyone. Also the price was very fair indeed.

From the first contact with the company with the salesman Pete the service was excellent. Lee,Donny & Jack arrived within the promised time frame and carried out the work with cheerful efficiency and the garden was left nice and tidy.

The guys that came and did the job were very professional and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. I liked the fact that the local manager visited the site and checked the workmanship was up to standard and that we were happy.

Richard checked over the install the evening before and returned the next morning prompt at 8.00am. By 10.30 his team had transferred our oil to the new tank, loaded our old tank for disposal and commissioned our Boiler. Hard to see how their service could be improved!

After having our 1250 tank filled it quickly started to bulge, I phoned 11 local companies, 2 replied but couldn't help. I phoned Oil Tanks + who were very helpful. Its nice to talk to to people, not a tape machine. We made an appointment for last Wednesday and Lee and Donny turned up, on time, with the new tank. Some adaption was made to the base and then full steam ahead with swopping over the tanks. This was all very professionally done; Donny was taking care of the altered plumbing and doing more than his share of heavy lifting, well done buddy. Everything was done in 4 hours and not a drop spilt! I am very impressed with this team. I strongly recommend Oil Tanks Plus Ltd to anyone needing their services.

This was an oil tank installation including removal of a large old tank and transfer of contents.
The website and Pete told us everything we needed to know including price. We gave the go ahead straight away and agreed a date for the work to commence.
Steve and Stuart arrived promptly and proved to be competent, knowledgeable, hardworking and polite.
As well as living up to everything promised at the outset they rebuilt the existing plinth which was a great improvement. The whole job was carried out to our complete satisfaction and in a remarkably short time - a few hours.

The whole process from quote to installation, payment and after sales was very efficient with a competitive price.

Just had our oil tank installed this morning by Rich and Chris and have received nothing but great service with every aspect of my dealings with Oiltanksplus.

Initial contact, advice and support received from Pete was professional, patient and reassuring. Rich and Chris called by for a site check a week before installation to ensure everything would run smoothly on the day. It did! Installation this morning and all done in c.1hr 45mins, with minimal disruption to my day. Rich and Chris were professional, knowledgeable and completely respectful to us and our neighbours (who's land and garden access was acquired across for the install), building a great rapport with them too. Cannot recommend oiltanksplus enough and Rich and Chris are a credit to the firm.
