Don’t be fooled by this company

Don’t be fooled by this company. I wanted something different for my wedding and ordered a lace pattern suit. The blazer was delivered extremely late and I received the wrong item 3 times. Return process is awful as well.
Update: the company refunded me for my entire last order. Didn’t have to send anything back and made things right. I can say they have earned a better review.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. You pay premium prices for less than Primark standard. So cheap and tacky and to top it off they make you pay to send the rubbish back. Do not buy from them

And to your reply, yes I'm returning it at a cost to myself as you will not cover that despite the item looking nothing like the quality of the picture your advertised. You are asking me to send back to America from UK which will be expensive. And it should not be down to me to deal with it spend money on when your product is not as advertised

Like so many others

Like so many others, haven't received my order. I placed an order for two pair of pants on May 5, 2025. The items were supposedly shipped on June 18th. According to tracking, the package has been in Hong Kong, YunHui warehouse in processing since June 19th. Approaching two months since my purchase, and still have nothing to show for it. Be aware this is a terrible company to place an order with.

WORST Shopping experience EVER

For starters, they lie to you,
The products on their page are never available, and it takes them almost a month to notify you that what you ordered is actually out of stock.

They try to compensate you with a laughable coupon code, but that is a scamming strategy to lure you to go through that process all over again.

Naively I used it, and when I received the product, it was not the one I ordered,
they also sent the wrong item in another parcel, which was part of the same batch.

and they don't even care,
one time, it could happen,
but two products which were the wrong items, they DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!

Paid for the item May 10th 2025 still awaiting for the paid item June 28th 2025.
They use 17track in which is also a scam. No new updates just repeating the last one using a different date.
Do not use Oakeywear if you do not want to be scammed.

Same old story from you "sorry" and will update tracking. You are a false and dishonest company that is full of lies anyone thinking of purchasing from you should just flush your money down the drain. Your not going to receive your item you paid for.

Terrible Customer Service

Placed an order on May 11, 2025. By May 23rd I had not heard anything about my order so I contacted customer support. It was then I was told my item was out of stock and would be shipped in 3 weeks. Waited 3 weeks. Still no shipping information. I contacted them again, this time requesting to cancel my order and get my money back. Suddenly, they can ship my order and are unable to issue a refund. Now that half of summer will be over I’ll get the shorts I ordered in May the first week of July. Terrible service! Never order from them again!

I ordered a shirt on 23/05/2025 and the item has not even been shipped at the time I am writing this . I contacted the customer care and I was told it will be shipped at the end of June . This means the item will be shipped 5 weeks after the order was placed and it will take minimum of further 3 weeks to arrive. This is the most ridiculous site I have seen

Been waiting a week for shipping, no updates.

Reached out to support today, fingers crossed they respond in a timely manner.

Update (JUNE-02): Shipping will take 1-3 weeks now apparently.

Update (June-09): No response for another week. Emailed support requesting information as to what the hold up is and advising them that I'd be cancelling the order this week if I wasn't given a real delivery date - Note: This is a $500+ usd order.

I placed an order for a shirt with OKAYWEAR on 03-03-2025. As of 05-06-2025 I have not received the product. The tracking shows no activity in the last month. The company refuses to refund me for the purchase and is generally not responsive to my inquiries. I suspect that these people are a fraud. I will not order from them again, and I would suggest that anyone who considers them, try to find another vendor.

I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Okaywear. I ordered a Peaked Lapel Button Long Sleeve Striped Blazer (Red, Size M) – SKU: K727428103379550208, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised on their website.
The item bears no resemblance to the product listing, which feels misleading and dishonest. This has left me frustrated and questioning the legitimacy of the platform. I no longer feel confident shopping with Okaywear and am concerned about the integrity of their service.
I’ve contacted them to resolve the issue and for clear instructions on how to return the incorrect item and receive a full refund but received no reply.
