I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Okaywear. I ordered a Peaked Lapel Button Long Sleeve Striped Blazer (Red, Size M) – SKU: K727428103379550208, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised on their website.
The item bears no resemblance to the product listing, which feels misleading and dishonest. This has left me frustrated and questioning the legitimacy of the platform. I no longer feel confident shopping with Okaywear and am concerned about the integrity of their service.
I’ve contacted them to resolve the issue and for clear instructions on how to return the incorrect item and receive a full refund but received no reply.

Order two-piece suit

I just got the blue two-piece suit. It's just the best. I'd wear it all the time. I'm enjoying every piece I have in my wardrobe from your guys. For an almost 80-year-old gent, I even wore it to my granddaughter's wedding, it's nice to be complimented on how good I look.. Thank you, Okaywear!

Great customer service

Don't let the nice looking gear fool you

Don't let the nice looking gear fool you. I wish I would have saw the reviews first. I placed an order on March 6th. Almost a month later, nothing.
I've ordered gear from all over the world and it has NEVER taken this long for something to ship, let alone receive. This is a b.s., scam site that screws people out of their money. Avoid like the plague.

Scam

I placed an order with this so called company on Jan 20 2025. After 3 weeks I had not received my order and reached out to the company. I was told that the orders take up to 4 weeks to send out. That within itself is a sign of poor business practice. On March the 4th I received a tracking number that did not track anything. No information could be found with this tracking number. I reached back out to the company to ask for a replacement or refund. I received a reply that they couldn't find the item and therefore couldn't issue a refund. Then sent me a totally different tracking number. This company is a scam. I only hope that other's read the reviews before falling for the scam as I have done.

Wish I saw the reviews before

Wish I saw the reviews before I ordered. No updates on my order, I had to email them (9th March). As it was taking longer than expected, I requested for a refund, which they said could take 5 to 12 business days if done via pay pal and 7 to 20 business days if done by card. Hoping I get the refund with the latter.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I ordered my items in December but still have not received them. I contacted them, and it’s still in Hong Kong, and they insist on me being patient. This company is a joke and scam. Horrible

NEVER AGAIN

My first and only experience with this company left a very bad taste, after waiting a month they sent me an email stating the 2 jackets I ordered would take another 4 weeks to be delivered at which time I asked for a refund again they told that would be delayed now I'm really starting to be this whole thing was a scam. First why advertise products you don't have ready for shipment??? 2 months???? Then another month for a refund I still haven't received what the hell .
