THIS SITE IS REALLY BAD. NO ONE CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TRYING ORDER. IM NOT GETTING ANY WHERE. THIS SITE IS A SCAM

I have purchased several items from ok wear and am very satisfied with however I have run into a problem with a pair of men shoes that was too small and also did not look the way I was expecting so we contacted the company and their response was quick which they have given us more than one option to choose from and send us how much they was sorry we was not satisfied we choose our option and was satisfied with the outcome we still buy different things from them I would highly recommend them and how they handle things thanks to all their customers services.

I am a repeat customer and have been very satisfied with the quality and price of the merchandise. I do wish shipping was faster but i have become accustomed to ordering far ahead if i need something for a specific date. Customer service has been great and have helped me when i had an issue ordering or exchanging. Thanks okaywear for great variety and style and i look forward to my next purchase.

I liked the style that I choose but the wrong size was sent. What I did not like was I was forced to return the item with a full refund or keep the item with a small refund. What I wanted was to send the item back and receive the same item but in the correct size.

I had an issue with the an exchange. The customer support team quickly resolved the issue. Keeping me as a customer was their priority.

This is a BS site. My story is like many that have posted. Purchased $200 worth of items. May 8th, 2024. I haven’t received any communication from the site. The only proof of purchase is my bank statement. I normally do my research but it being last minute I didn’t. I paid for it literally. In the process of attempting to get a refund. That seems like a stretch as well at this point.

The right size and quality was what made me feel great about it...it took a bit of time to he delivered but it surely came. Will buy again if I have to.

Well having ordered and also paying for to pairs of shoes it now been a month and still I've received absolutely nothing other than e.mail after e.mail trying to intice me to pay for more goods I more than likely will not receive I've proof on my e.mail I've payed for two pairs of shoes and also on my bank statement .also they requested I send proof of the orders to which I screen shot and have sent but still nothing .I can't believe ive actually allowed this to happen.but I suppose its lesson lerant and before ordering from anywhere to do your research my advive is do not buy anything from this site stay away

I ordered the poka dot shawl jacket last year but they said that it could not be delivered because of postage error. Please sirs! Send my jacket or my money back to me. I am a regular customer who's been trying to pick up my jacket for almost a year now. My information is:

One of the worst clothes I have ever touched in my life, poorly constructed. Wrinkles right away, it feels like paper, the worst quality and the return policy is actually not a return they only give you 40% of the value in a coupon to buy even more newspaper clothes. This site is a complete scam! Do Not Order from them!
USPS says package was addressed to a Los Angeles address and was never sent to my home state. They claim they had a incomplete address and package was returned and destroyed. Every time I contact them they produce fake USPS shipping info.

I was so excited to find the jumpsuit on your website, I ordered the item assuming I would have the order with in 7 days, as of now the item still haven’t shipped. I see several item I like and want. I don’t like the shipping process. Need to offer next day delivery or 48 hr delivery.

I ordered a jacket from your company on 02/11/24, for a specific event which has now passed. I haven’t received any updates, I haven’t gotten any notifications on where my item is currenty. I had to go out and spend more money and buy another jacket, because the one I ordered from you hasn’t arrived and STILL hasn’t been shipped. I want a full refund! This is ridiculous!!!

I ordered a blazer for St Patrick day and I received it after the date which would be ok because I can wear it next year but the print in the blazer was no consistent like the blazer shown on the website I hope I can get one to reflect the website picture so I can actually wear it next year Thank you

Description of size differences should be clearly communicated, if item ID not available their to be better communication and primot notification A person should have to reach out in order to rectify a problem that was the companies fault
