Got ripped off
Got ripped off. That’s the feeling when I got their merchandise. Brought a shirt and trouser combo. The shirt is not pure linen. Feels polyester. With lots of extra strings sticking out all over the shirt for the customer’s cutting pleasure. Bad bad finishing. No name labels either, on the product! The trouser felt okay. Would never buy from them again.

Currently jumping through hoops trying to get a refund. I have a feeling i will have to take them to small claims court as the emails seem to be getting less helpful for getting a return. High recommended avoiding this company. The quality is very low for the fabrics and the sizes are jacked, the medium was bigger than the large.

Scam
Scam - Terrible time getting any refund from these scam artists. They sent me clothes that did not fit (I ordered XL and all the clothes were M). In addition super cheap construction. I filed a case with AmEx who said the transaction was valid and paid the scam artists none the less. The scam artists said they would pay me when they got access and after a month of emails still claimed they did not have the payment - not true according to AmEx then said they would no longer respond to my emails - that was 3 months ago.
Website says they will allow returns no questions asked. The reason I went to AmEx is questions were all they had. They wanted pictures etc and so they had plenty of questions. Slow played it to ensure I did not get any return authorization or refund.
Mainly spoke to (My name) Jeff. Real scammers. All AmEx cares about is that the charge was consensual - not that they would not accept returns as they had promised on web site.
Latest response from the scam. Gave me an address in Poland - clearly calculated to cost the most for a return - $500. More than I paid. Here is my response and their response:
ME: Again, that will cost more than I paid for the clothes.

I ordered a pair of shoes. First, the delivery took longer than accepted.
Second, I ordered standard size 42 and old money sizes are smaller and the shoes won't fit at all.
Third, I requested them to exchange with correct size and that's when they started showing their true colour a) shipment for exchange is buyers responsibility b) 14 days return policy c) they say Free of Cost, however they will still ask you to pay for the shipment d) they don't reply you on time at all e)At last you will just have live with the product that you have got.
I was dealing with person by name Maria and the whole service is Pathetic.
IN SHORT, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Please don’t spend a penny on this company it’s all a scam, the clothes they send are so cheap and not the luxury they portray on the website and as you can see the refunds never happen.
When you try to return the items they try anything not to let you, once I went through a week or so emailing they finally sent a return adress that I had to pay £20 to get tracked.
I waited weeks and checked the return and they had refused it giving no valid reason to the carrier.
From what I read on here after my initial struggles I expected they would do something sly.
I’m going to take legal action to help prevent other people wasting their hard earned money on an ongoing Fraudulent company.

Warning: Possible Scam - Poor Quality and a Refund Process So Unprofessional It Feels Borderline Fraudulent
I requested to return several items because the sizes were far too small, and half of my order arrived incorrectly (wrong sizes and wrong colors). Instead of offering support, the company initially tried to block the refund through unnecessary administrative hurdles. I had to take extensive photos of everything and exchange roughly six emails before the refund process was even initiated.
Now they expect me to ship the items from Europe to the USA — despite clearly advertising a European return address. That address is suddenly “not working,” and I am supposed to cover an additional ~$70 in return costs as a customer.
Overall verdict:
The webshop looks beautiful, but the clothing is low-quality, cheap dropshipping products from China with poor quality control. As a customer, you are left dealing with the consequences. Their refund practices and lack of accountability go far beyond simple unprofessionalism and feel borderline fraudulent.
