Biggest scam I’ve ever had!

Biggest scam! I ordered and it didn’t fit so I sent it back. The return was so complicated as the replies from the support took always so many days or even weeks asking me to send pictures and trying to delay everything.

After now 4 months and several emails I still haven’t received any refund from them. Would never recommend this to anyone!

I ordered three pairs of pants and paid…

I received my complete order today resolving the matter. These items were a gift and my son is satisfied with the fit and feel of the fabric . Jennifer Florida

I ordered three pairs of pants and paid $126 and received one pair. Afterwards I was unable to reach the company and my emails were rejected to support email address. After much effort I was able to contact the company who told me they were researching it. It should be simple to look at the shipping records to see that the weight was only for one pair of pants. The shipping tracking information indicated to all three pairs were delivered on the same date which was inaccurate.

Old Money … bad manners … no returns

I bought two pairs of shoes at Old Money.
Unfortunately, the sizing is incorrect and they don't fit me.
I asked for help and requested an exchange for a larger size.
The first response was... the 14-day return period has already passed.
And not even 12 days had passed yet.

That's when the complications began. In response to my request, I received vague answers from 3 different emails, all telling me to refer to the previous email, but always without resolving the issue at hand.

Finally, and with my insistence...

They didn't respond about how I could return them.

A few days later they offered a discount on the purchase of more pairs of shoes (60%).

In other words...
Old Money don’t like and don't accept returns.

Purchased beige loafers

Purchased beige loafers. Look good, fit well but after 2 months they ripped along the side. Contacted customer service with photos. They said sorry but 14 day return period has passed. They offered 20% off my next purchase. The same shoes are currently on their website at 40% off. I have no control over how long it takes for their product to start falling apart so refusing acceptable customer service for me is'nt acceptable. I expected a replcement pair. My biggest regret after spending hard earned money on this website, is that I initially gave them a glowing review.

I am frustrated

returned everything I received and paid the €20 return shipping myself. Half of my order never arrived, and they still refuse to refund nearly €500. I will take this case to court. If anyone had a similar experience, please contact me.

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. The quality of the shoes and clothes was far below expectations — the materials feel cheap, the stitching is poor, and the items look nothing like the photos online.
On top of that, one of the items I paid for was marked as “delivered,” but it was never included in my package. I’ve essentially been charged for something I never received.
I reached out for support, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering again unless the company takes responsibility and fixes these problems.

Avoid at all costs! This company is a disaster.

My son placed his order on the 5th Oct 2025. This was his first online order, with his own hard earned money. He eventually received his order to find the overall quality and sizing to be way off point. Flimsy, poorly stitched, inconsistent sizing and colour differences from what was stated on the website. He chose to keep 2 items and return 5. After 52 emails, yes, 52 emails, we have received the refund. I have tirelessly pursued their AI generated emails in order to get a response and eventual refund. I was blackmailed at one point, I was told that once I left a 5 star review on here, I would then have my refund processed. That, is shocking customer service.
Additionally, I had to carry the cost of the refund, to Poland. Photograph every item, list and even photo the filled parcel, postage stamp and proof of postage. Then, I was asked to forward the shipping details, again and again, even though I paid extra for tracking. (to cover the risk of them saying that they hadn't received the package)
We finally received the refund on the 10th Nov 2025.
There is no doubt that this company has a slick website, tempting prices and sell a very enticing image. The reality is not fit for purpose. Poor communication. I believe at one point, we were 'speaking' to Paul, Maria, Samantha, Mike, Jeff and of course Alex, the 'founder'. Totally ridiculous.
The purchase and refund process should be smooth and hassle free. And no one should have to receive so many pointless emails. This is not including the 20+ promotional emails now that we are known to them.
I would steer clear of this company. Use them at your peril. My son has learnt a hard lesson. We will spend his money elsewhere.

TERRIBLE - CHEAP - ALIEXPRESS

Terrible Service!!! The products turns up with threads coming out, ripped and very cheap quality. They weren’t even cut straight. In fact, those exact same products and photos are on Aliexpress. Took me so long to get a refund and I still didn’t get a full refund - I was forced to take a 70% refund and they had the audacity to make me do a 5-star review otherwise I wouldn’t receive a refund.

Unhappy with return policy
