Very Poor Customer Service - Finally Received Refund, But the Process Was Extremely Difficult
I eventually got my refund, but the entire process was really tough. Customers, please be aware getting a refund from Old Money is not easy at all.
I had to send multiple emails and chat with their support team for almost a week just to get this resolved. The process feels unnecessarily hard, and at many points it seemed like they weren’t willing to give the money back.
I’m glad it’s finally sorted, but the experience was stressful and frustrating. Old Money really needs to improve their refund process and customer support.

Poor Quality. Return Was A Hassle
Poor quality product. I'm in the US and they have a return address here, but I had to return to Poland at my expense (I assume European customers have to send their returns to the US...to make customers take the partial discount instead of returning). Then when they got it they asked me to write a positive review here, THEN they would refund. I declined. 3 weeks later I had to dispute the charge.

I placed an order on October 15th for two pairs of shoes and a watch, and to date, I have not received any of the items. What’s most frustrating is that despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received generic apologies and vague responses stating that they’re "looking into it."
The lack of communication and the failure to provide any concrete updates or solutions is extremely disappointing. I was initially understanding, but after almost 4 weeks of waiting with no clear answers or updates, I am left feeling frustrated and anxious about whether my order will ever arrive.
While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of urgency or any real action from customer service is unacceptable. Every time I reach out, I get the same scripted responses without any real explanation or timeline for delivery. This has caused significant inconvenience and stress, especially since I ordered these items well in advance.
I expected a much higher level of service and communication. It’s disappointing to feel ignored as a customer after spending my hard-earned money. I hope this review serves as feedback for the company to improve their customer service and resolve this issue.
Until I receive a proper response and resolution, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience

This website is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had — and I strongly warn anyone from ordering here.
Two items I ordered arrived in colors nothing like the photos on the website. Not “slightly different,” not “a small shade change” — completely different colors.
And instead of admitting the mistake, their solution was unbelievable:
Imagine ordering a beige t-shirt and receiving a totally different color — then being told: “We’ll refund you 50% only, take it or leave it.”
That’s exactly what they did.
They refused to take responsibility for their incorrect product photos, and if I wanted to return the items, they expected me to pay international shipping for their error.
This is not a serious brand.
This is not how a trustworthy shop treats customers.
This is misleading, unfair, and absolutely not acceptable.
Save your money and avoid this website — you don’t want to deal with surprises, wrong colors, and a support team that thinks giving you half your money back counts as a “solution.”
I honestly wish I could attach photos here just to show the difference between the color shown on their website and the color I actually received — I’m certain no one would ever consider buying from them after seeing how big the difference is and how bad the quality is. The level of misleading presentation is unbelievable.
