Olive and Sage 

After a couple of logistic issues my gold palm floor lamp was delivered this morning. Totally love it, so worth the wait. Customer service excellent and very quick to update me on its progress when the first scheduled date was missed. Delivery driver friendly and helpful. Will definitely use the company again. Thankyou

I have previously ordered from olive and bloom and thought this would be a lovely gift for family members this year! The quality of my previous order was excellent and the peices I purchased were loved.

Whilst ordering, I had missed out on a 20% offer and the lovely staff members were happy to honour this for me. This kind and generous customer service is second to none! Thanks once again and I’ll definitely be purchasing more beautiful items in the future.

Finally got round to ordering the firefly balloons from olive & sage. Love the personal service you get from a smaller company and the item was delivered packaged perfectly in large bubble wrap (a freebie stress release gift for me). The balloons themselves are absolutely scrumptiously beautiful..if they weren’t glass I’d eat them. Will defo be ordering more goodies from Kealy and the team. Thanks so much x

Olive and Sage have so many beautiful items the unicorn which was sent to me is so realistic it takes pride of place in my garden The company itself has excellent customer service . They are so thoughtful, kind and understanding They have done their upmost to help me and from some reviews I have read, other people too I will definately shop again with this company, top marks to them.

I purchased the gold leaf lamp which caused a lot of problems for poor O&S - problems which were beyond their control. I can honestly say they were thoroughly transparent, keeping me updated with the delays, and profoundly apologetic. I would like to say the lamp has surpassed all my expectations and is an absolute show stopper. It was worth the wait ten times over. I believe the best things in life are worth waiting for and this lamp is certainly one of the most stunning pieces I've ever owned.

After placing a pre-order for one of the palm floor lamps mid August with an expected delivery late September I had to chase constantly for updates and was given one excuse after another, false promises and ever changing goal posts, finally I snapped and insisted on delivery by mid November or cancel the order, they came back after a few days and confirmed a date towards the end of November but given they had not met any of the deadlines previously set I did not have the confidence that they would actually deliver on their promise and so I did insist on my money back - I did also place a complaint via Klarna and thank fully getting the refund was fairy seamless.
I simply wasn’t prepared to take the risk on them sticking to the delivery date, glad I didn’t as I read another review, experience similar to mine, where the delivery date agreed was not fulfilled
This was a classic case of Olive & Sage selling items they don’t have in stock, clearly their supply chain was unreliable and once the stock was in the UK (that’s if they were being truthful) they clearly did not have the logistics to arrange delivery in a timely manner, overall a poor show, I won’t be ordering from them again

Beautiful products. The wrong order turned up but Olive and Sage very kindly let me keep the item and sent me the correct item quickly. Communication was great. Would recommend. Thank you.

I absolutely love Olive and Sage! Such an amazing variety of items to chose from and you can usually find a good deal. The items arrive quickly without any fuss and I haven't been disappointed yet! I have Carlos, Clara, Patrick & Diana, so far, and even though they are for the garden, they look fab in the house too!!!

I have been ordering from this company for a few years now, their items are unusual and reasonably priced and usually delivered very quickly, however like other reviewers I have had a problem with delivery on a floor lamp that I ordered in July, I have messaged many times and was contacted by Paul who explained that they were having shipping problems as well as other issues at their warehouse. I genuinely believe that they have had a run of bad luck and are doing their best to keep going after Brexit/Covid. I was promised my delivery within a week and lo and behold it arrived last night! It was the gold palm floor lamp and it is absolutely gorgeous 😊 I would say to anyone who is having delays, be patient, it was definitely worth waiting for 😊

I would stay away from this company. It has not been able to cope with the covid crap or the resurgence of business. It makes excuses that are lies. The customer deserves better and would much prefer an honest statement of where their order is. In my case, I was lied to on numerous occasions about availability and delivery of my lamp. I ordered and paid for a lamp in good faith. Firstly I was told it would be delayed by two weeks. After none delivery I was given, over a period of two months, various excuses as to why my lamp was delayed. The ex head of transport said the company was in chaos. The company doesn't know how to deal with customers. I would avoid big time. Some of their customer service personnel were rude. I'm quite happy to stand in a court of law and reiterate my notes, here. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM unless you are happy to wait months for your order and accept pathetic lies about availability. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I started off buying gromitt and ended up with all the collection. I have Wallace on order then it will be complete. The items are always packaged well and I would highly recommend

I ordered 3 items on the 6th September. After 2 weeks I hadn't received them so emails went back and forth for a few weeks with no parcel arriving, including a duplicate order so I asked for a refund. Yesterday (8 weeks after the order submitted), I got my original order but one of the items was not what I ordered. Having spoken to their customer service it appears I was unlucky as there had been a breakdown in communications due to a change over of computer systems.

We now have five of the Olive and Sage large metal dragons around our garden.

They look great and are always a talking point when anyone comes round.

The communication from Olive and Sage is always first class and the dragons always arrived really well packaged.

One of our fairies went astray whilst in the garden, we couldn't find her anywhere but a direct approach to the company had her safely returned to my doorstep within five days.
The people were helpful and corresponded with us in a personal manner.
Recommend them to anyone, they care!

Absolutely stunning products and a stunning price (especially if you catch them on offer too, have bought several on offer and some at standard prices). Great quality, worth every penny and then some. Will be ordering more in the future for sure. My garden is slowly becoming an Olive & Sage showroom.

First order a while back was great so I had no qualms ordering a much long wanted ornament from them for £85 with my birthday money. Ordered on the 26th September and didn't hear anything so I emailed them and they responded saying they won't have the item till the next week. Waited the week and emailed them again to be told sorry we won't have the item till next week. Waited another week and mailed again to be told they won't have it again till the next week!
I've cancelled my order and asked for a refund which they said hadn't been processed because they're changing thier computer systems.
Got my refund today and re ordered off Amazon. Why sell items you don't have? Hopefully Amazon will be more reliable.

A lovely product that looks as pretty in real life as in the photos. Packaged well and arrived promptly with good updates throughout. Also responded quickly to my question. Reason for 4 not 5 stars is the 10% introductory offer is on your next order and only valid for 2 weeks.

I am thrilled to bits with my beautiful balloon lights.. they're really pretty and unique! An excellent gift to give someone special 💜I cannot fault the customer service of Olive and Sage.. they kept me informed of my order, and have dealt with queries without delay. I bought the firefly balloons and a pair of hearts they are really good quality and I can’t wait until the spring to have them in my garden. Well packaged and good delivery time 5 stars x
