I have bought three large Italian ceramic cats, they are out of this world. The service matches the products, each cat is made to order, but the wait is well worth it. I strongly recommend this company.

I ordered 2 items on 02/12/22, plenty of time for Xmas delivery, I waited for over 2 weeks before contacting by email due to my order not being dispatched , I had a quick reply saying my order would be dispatched within 24hrs, it’s now 29/12/22, still not received items or dispatch date , terrible customer service

Awful experience, do not order from them. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and I was reassured numerous times that I would definitely receive my parcel but apparently it wasn’t delivered because of bad weather. The weather has been very normal today. I feel very let down by the whole experience.

My items were "lost" by the couriers Full credit to this company. They offered to refund or replace. Within two days a replacement was received via another courier firm. The items are of the highest standard and customer service is superb! Thank you Olive and Sage, I shall order again.

Total shambles! I originally placed an order on 3rd November with a 5 to 7 day delivery time. After waiting a month for delivery and 3 emails to the company chasing I decided to cancel my order, and to be fair to the company they refunded me promptly. I left a review on here about my experince and received a phone call from the CEO apologising, so to give them the benefit of the doubt I deleted my review on their request and as a good will gesture they gave me a voucher to use to make another purchase with them, which I did on Friday 2nd December, again with a 5-7 day delivery time (with the item not arriving until 17th December) so 2 weeks delivery time, not 5-7 days. On opening the parcel of 2 christmas nutcrackers, one of the items was correct and the other was a completely different item that is chepaer in value. I'm a reasonable person so accepted their explanation for the initial issue with delivery but to order a second time and it arrive days after they specify and then it's not even the correct order is unaccetable to me. This company is in some kind of chaos and I would avoid buying from them. They need to sort out their customer service and actually inform customers if there is a delay with their order or if the item is no longer in stock, rather than leaving the customer to chase each time. I have now requested a refund as I do not have the time to endlessly chase up this company. The excuse that Christmas is a busy time is poor, considering other small companies I have ordered from everything has arrived on time and the order is actually correct. I gave Olive & Sage a second chance to rectify my previous issues with my order and yet again have been let down, so I would never use this company again. I sent them an email a few days ago to request a refund and I am yet to hear back from them, and this time the review will not be deleted on their request as this is a genuine and honest review of my experience using this company and I would not want someone else to have the issues I have experienced continuously chasing this company

Ordered cabinet which was meant to arrive in max 3 weeks. Given a whole list of excuses to item delivered to wrong address, waiting on special courier service etc! Eventually managed to get a full refund after much chasing. Avoid large items that need courier service. It will never arrive! 😢 They appear to get better reviews on smaller items from looking at reviews!

Peppa pig

Ordered the collection of peppa pig figures for my little ones decking to her wendy house she is going to love them, they are perfect an soooo cute!!!

Just received a fabulous and stylish antique style drinks trolley. It’s even better than the picture suggested. It arrived in spite of snow and transportation issues and dealing with Paul and his team was a pleasure. I will certainly use this company again. I have bought smaller items from them in the past and have never been disappointed.

Had some trouble with delivery but cannot fault the help and response I had when dealing with the company and Paul himself who went to great pains to sort it all out, I am delighted with the sleigh and also the Firefly Balloons and Darren the delivery man was great also. Well done Olive and Sage and their staff.

Absolutely love my palm tree lamp, a real talking point in my living room,it’s stunning! A few issues with delivery but they were all resolved and were through no fault of Olive and Sage, who kept me in the loop with what was happening.
My pink flamingo also gets a massive thumbs up and a few laughs when seen in my hallway

Ordered a starburst light in the summer. Was out of stock so was refunded and offered the product for free when it came back into stock. I received it today. A lovely, kind gesture. Have used the company before and would totally recommend to everyone. Amazing products and wonderful customer service. Thankyou x

I ordered some search lights in the sale, unfortunately they arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they replied very quickly. I cannot fault how they went above and beyond to get the replacement lights to me, which are absolutely perfect and look stunning.

Exceptional service , quality goods , quirky , unique and well priced,the items far exceeded my expectations packaged well and presented perfectly even down to a nice little label , i will certainly be using this company again as quality , trust and value is so important , even the web site is so easy to use

I have ordered from this company twice. My latest purchase was a gold palm lamp. Oh my life it is stunning!

I preordered the lamp, so I knew there would be a wait. When that wait turned a little longer than anticipated, through no fault of their own, I was impressed with how the company dealt with it.

Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong in life, it’s just the nature of things. The how’s and why’s are not important. What is important is how these things are dealt with. The company kept me up to date with what was happening, went to great lengths to deliver the items as soon as was humanly possible and even included free vintage bulbs as a thanks for waiting.

In a world where we are far too used to expecting everything now now now……sometimes patience really is a virtue and worth it!

The lamp is utterly stunning and really high quality and I have had so many compliments on it. It’s a real statment piece. More than worth the wait!

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Olive and Sage again.

Like many others, ordered the palm leaf lamp back in July, with expected delivery end of August. Hugely frustrated that every week just came and went with no order. Lots of emails back and forth and lots of promises of delivery dates that came and went. Luckily the owner Paul took it upon himself after I complained to ring me personally and apologise which to be fair he didn’t have to do. I decided after talking to him to just stick with my order and hold tight. My lamp was finally delivered a few days ago. Yes it was hugely stressful however I’m glad I didn’t cancel because the lamp is beautiful. Would I order again, yes I would, I think they just genuinely had a tough time with these lamps and had to take the stick from customers.

I had difficulty using an offer code so sent an email. My message was picked up and dealt with by a customer services operator called Lesley who was as helpful as she could possibly be. Thank you Lesley! She sorted out my issue and made my subsequent ordering easy.
My husband and I had commented only recently, that customer service isn’t what it used to be…. At Olive and Sage, customer service remains everything you hope for! Well done them. Thank you from a happy customer.

Over the past months and years, since 2019, I have bought many garden metal birds and animals from Olive and Sage. Have also introduced my friend to this company for her garden items as so reliable. Extremely prompt delivery. Excellent description and most important value for money. Very helpful if you require assistance via message facilities, nothing is too much trouble. Well done Olive & Sage.
