As a small independent company I have to say the owner went above and beyond to keep me updated about an order..if your looking unique quirky different items for house or garden then this is the place to look ...thankyou Paul and Co for everything x

This stunning lamp took a while to receive, but Olive and Sage kept in touch with me and responded to every email to reassure me that that I would receive it and that I would LOVE it. I couldn’t be happier with this magnificent statement piece. It has completely transformed my living room. It’s the first thing I turn on when I come into the room in the morning, and the last thing I turn off at the end of the day. Don’t hesitate, it’s well worth the price.

Ordered a pair of firefly hearts and they promptly arrived today! Beautiful glass ornaments that will look lovely for summer.

Terrible customer/mis-leading service.

Firstly I was told on a message that the winner will be announced.
This is a lie because no one actually wins the competition. Surely this would be better for business if you actually showed proof of a winner.

Secondly I do not recall sending any horrible emails to you at all. Please provide evidence of this before accusing a paying customer of this. How rude of you!

And really are you having a laugh! I have deleted my good review due to being mis-lead not because I didn't win the competition. Let's face it nobody as won because doesn't exist.

By the looks of it my bad review doesn't compare to all the 20 odd bad reviews you have for your terrible customer service.

Your email was very unprofessional and I would be very embarrassed if I was you and also of how you reply to everyone's bad reviews which is quite alot of them.Absolutely disgusting customer service. So yes I feel very happy for leaving this review and hopefully it warns others not to order from you in the future.

Another paying customer lost so maybe work on your customer service!

Ordered end of Dec but took nearly 2 months to arrive. No communication from the company and I had to continually chase to check status. No offer of compensation which was disappointing. Returns also difficult so pray that you like the item because returning and receiving refund is a nightmare as I found out. Would not recommend this company.

I love my Olivia Lamp! it is a great size and it looks wonderful! Took less than a few minutes to assemble and was very easy! Highly recommend!

After a rocky start this company went out of its way to turn a poor experience into a great one. It's not how a sale starts it's how it ends and so I am a very happy customer impressed with the commitment and effort that went into ensuring my Tallulah lamp eventually arrived. Once they knew there was a problem they kept me updated and I now have a beautiful lighting feature. Some things are worth the wait and companies that care are worth the investment.

The website is easy to navigate, the prices are a bargain! Free delivery, good quality products! I’ve been a customer for over 7 years. I love receiving an email letting me know what offers and bargains are available.

Customer service is brilliant! I made a mistake on my order and they helped to correct it with no issue.i have previously used them for other garden ornaments,fairy houses and dragons company always helpful and arrival prompt. Don't hesitate to buy- good quality and good service what more can you want?

- item not delivered in time indicated
- Personally had to chase for delivery as no comms
- Completely wrong item delivered
- Wrong item not collected on agreed date - partner had to stay home from work on said date so wasted his time
- Business owner not reached out by time that he indicated, to resolve issues
- Agreed another date for wrong item to be collected and correct to be delivered. Partner had to come home from work to exchange. No one turned up.
- Then agreed to leave the item outside the next day as neither my partner or I could take time off work (again) came home at the end of the day to the incorrect item still on the driveway and no correct item
- Business owner agreed to refunding us 50% of the cost of the item (never heard anything further about this)
- Item finally delivered, not even in any packaging and just shoved in our wood shed.
- Would never ever buy anything from this company again. The whole team need some sales training, instead of every time you speak to them they tell you all about their personal problems. Weird weird experience.

I had ordered 4 Garden lights when they arrived one was smashed i sent an email with a photo to olive&sage and four days later i received my replacement light absolutely amazing customer service would highly recommend olive&sage to everyone

I ordered the Pepper Pig & friends ornaments to brighten up our garden. Both our kids love Pepper Pig and I couldn’t resist them at such a great price! The look on my kids faces when they arrived today was absolutely priceless - couldn’t be happier and recommend them to everyone!

Excellent customer service. I ordered 2 mirrors one before Christmas and one in new year. I messaged and asked for expected delivery. I had an immediate response arranging both to be delivered together. They arrived 5 days later I was kept informed the whole time . Both mirrors are stunning and were packaged well. Very pleased will continue to shop with this company. I appreciate this was not the experience of some others who have left different reviews which was a concern to me however my experience was excellent.

Horrendous company to deal with, avoid at all costs. Ordered something from their website and was assured several times I would get it before Xmas. Week before Xmas I emailed them twice to confirm and they still assured me it would be here. They then admitted that they were having issues with supplier day before Xmas eve which left it too late for me to buy another gift. If they had been honest and admitted I wouldn’t get it, then I’d have had time to get something else. 11th January and still no sign of my delivery and no communication from the company to say where it is. I’ve now cancelled the order and will never shop here again. I understand that deliveries were going to be late with strikes but at one point I was told I would get it next day delivery when quite clearly, it was never going to be sent out.

I'm sp pleased with my lamp it's just so beautiful I can't help but stand and admire it. It was ordered just before Christmas and delivered quicker than expected.

Ordered 3 items on 23rd nov which still haven't arrived due to various excuses:
1. The stock delivery was late (items claimed to be in stock when ordering)
2. The courier lost them (the tracking shows the item was not even given to them)
3. Theres been a fire (2 days after they assured me they would now be sent from the warehouse)
4. The warehouse person has gone home (?!!)

Its the 5th Jan and no items or dispatch notice 6 weeks later. I've had customer services responses but only each time I've chased - nothing proactive. I've now requested a refund which I have no idea if I will ever get.

I feel let down and like I've been scammed. Doesn't matter how great the products are if they never materialise.
