Quick delivery good on price and actually get the quality off the product as shown in the photo!!

Placed an order on 22 February on the basis that it would be delivered, as stated on their website, within 5 to 7 working days. It has now been over a month and I have still yet to receive my order. At no point have contacted me to advise that there was going to be a delay. I have had to repeatedly contact them. I emailed them first
on 8th March and was advised that there was a delay with a delivery from their supplier but it would be arriving the following week and my order would then be dispatched on a next day delivery service. This did not happen and again, I have had to email them to find out what’s happening as they have made no attempt to contact me to advise of a further delay. I appreciate that an issue with their supplier may be something outside of their control but at the very least they should have contacted me to advise that there was going to be a delay and, as they were not going to be able to deliver within the timescale stated on their website, I would have expected to have been given the option to cancel the order. It was intended to be a gift but it is now far to late for that! Terrible customer service and I will certainly not be ordering from them again!

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago now. Estimated delivery time was up to 2 weeks.
Fed every excuse under the sun as to why it hasn’t been delivered. Promised it would be delivered on so many occasions but there’s always an excuse the day before.
Tried dodging giving me a refund and today finally got one after the 4th or so time asking.
Do not shop here. I tried being understanding. You won’t receive your order and you’ll be fed lies.

My son placed an order with this company in January, the same day the funds were taken out of his account.
The estimated delivery date for the items was end of February. He has contacted the company multiple times and been told lies. He has been offered £25 as compensation to spend on their website!! Reporting this company to trading standards.

Evri lost my order.When I contacted Ollie and Sage they immediately investigated and sent me out a new order via UPS.
This was customer service at its best and the icing on the cake is that I've found is that everything is good quality and great value from Ollie and Sage.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently bought 2 teapots and additional figurines for my two great nieces. They will love playing with these in the garden. Colours and quality are excellent.

This is the second time ordering from Olive and Sage. What can I say ?
The pieces are absolutely beautifully made. The peacock I bought is stunning and has so much detail in it, as does the flamingo. Great size too. As for my funky beach owls , well they are delightful, so funny and just make me smile everytime I look at them.
Service and delivery are first class. No doubt I'll be ordering again soon.

Waited seven weeks for a present that was ordered for my birthday ,didn’t arrive after contacting by phone and emails , just promises , had to ask for refund , awful service, the order was for lianne mcmullen ,parrot candle sticks

I have three dragons....I also have two Flamingos. This company has the MOST amazing sculptures. Nice change to see that the item when it arrived LOOKED like the picture of it. I was impressed by the size but found out I could get them in the correct GOT colours so sold my original ones and ordered more. It took me two days to sell them...!!. I was inundated with request to buy them..!!. My flamingo has been out all year and she is a little faded but I have bought some pink spray and will redo her when summer comes around. My dragons sit on my arbour so are slightly saved from the elements as off the ground and with a roof. LOVE them soooo much. A GREAT talking point.

What can I say about the Florence Floor Lamp... just wow, wow, wow!! Such amazing quality for a bargain price! I've hunted for a Lamp like this for years! I'm over the moon!!
