I've enjoyed the food at Olive Garden for several years but recently I've noticed a decline in their waitstaff service. I feel as though the restaurant was severely understaffed which is likely why we... See more

It's a HORRIBLE place to eat
It's a HORRIBLE place to eat, I literally got sick and food poisoned, the quality of food is extremely bad, lack of love and real passion to make food, it's really commercial and just care about making money.
I will never put a foot in this place anymore.
If you've ever went to Italy you will see this is a joke pasta, it's not authentic.
So disappointed.

Gardendale, AL OG, Best Customer Service
Went on Date night to Olive Garden in Gardendale AL. First of all it was Friday night @7pm in the place was packed. No wait time for us. From the front door to table customers service was wonderful the waiter was very active and made sure we had everything. Even the manager stop by to say hello and made sure things were OK. Best service ever.

Went to the Olive Garden in Monroeville told the staff in the beginning that we were celebrating a birthday. Had to tell staff more than once that we wanted a cake for the birthday we were celebrating. Waited - waited and nothing then told the server privately and she couldn’t hear and came up to the table to ask if we said we wanted cake, completely ruined the surprise. When discussing it with management and staff around asked how difficult is it to pass a message on. They all looked stunned and surprised the answer was management would talk to staff, well that is great. Nice though to see the other staff laughing about.
Sub par Elkhart
To start, Asked for a booth told we'd have to wait!! The place was practically Empty. The food was edible but not great. Tasted like straight tomato sauce hardy any seasoning. Chicken was chewy..most likely I won't be back
Pure Salt, medically dangerous.
Service and server were great.
BUT the food has dangerously high levels of sodium. The chicken is pumped full of sodium broth, and was absolutely inedible, tasted like pure salt, literally could not eat it - took it home for the dogs. The lasagna had so much sodium that it was basically inedible. The Alfredo was edible. Calamari has way too much salt as well.
The sodium levels literally made me sick the next day. There should be warnings.

The waitress was terrible it took an hour for us to get our food and when we got it the food wasn't fully cooked

First off people were polite but first drink came in a dirty glass, then side plates for salad were dirty. We ordered food and when it came two of the three entrees were dried out and tuff to chew. Management arranged for replacement of one. And last but not least on the way to restroom the floor was dirty and there was toilet paper on the floor of restroom and it could b have been cleaner.
HORRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE
The family & i dine thier on Thursday for dinner. This is the first time in several months. It was kinda busy at first. Another server took our drinks because ours was apparently busy. We soon found out. Although she specifically wrote our order down. She not only came to the table a couple morw time to ask , when our order came out over an hour later everything was wrong. Other diners came in about 15 - 30 minutes after we did. They not only received, ate, and paid for thier food before ours came out. YES!!! the young manager came to our table. He did had the kitchen to prepare our meals over. My sister & law was the general manager a few years back. I don't nor did i politic for a free meal. But any halfway experience manager would of comp some portion of our meal or giving us a manager card for a free meal on our next trip to bring us back. Several organizations that i belong too. We all have the same mindset. The Restaurants in killeen have tooo many in experience managers and some, not all of the waits staff need lots of Customer service training. Our server can use some. This Killeen Olive Garden we most definitely want be back.

First impressions front doors not clean .
First impressions front glass doors not clean and unappetizing
From where I sat in a booth I had to watch the person behind the take out counter grooming her long black hair. Not very sanitary.
Waited 1/2 hours to get our food.
It's super cheap and affordable
It's super cheap and affordable for college students, they let us split out entree onto two plates and this was amazing and still enough for both of us. The service is great, and the food is warm and yummy.

I was so excited as they just open an Olive Garden in Garland Texas. We went on Saturday around 630. Wait time 15 to 20 minutes which was cool. From the beginning our waitress was a little rude from the beginning when taking our drink orders. As normal we’re waiting for her to ask individually, do you know what would you like to drink? She just kept saying you can just tell me as she was noting and not making eye contact. We placed our food order, food came out and my order was incorrect. I ordered a Tour of Italy and was given shrimp and chicken carbonara. She came back out about five minutes later and apologized and said she made an error. Another 10 minutes past she came back and I asked about my order she stated they’re running behind and by this time my kids were halfway done with their food, I asked if I could have my order to go and she left with an attitude. I was shocked that my to order came out faster than my original order. As I was getting prepared to pay for our meal on the kiosk, I noticed they still were charging me for the shrimp and chicken carbonara that I did not order. I notified the waitress and she had an attitude and said well let me ask them to remove it and never came back, we had to flag her down to request to go boxes. My bill was $100+ and expected better customer service
Olive Garden in Cookeville
We went to Olive Garden in Cookeville, Tn just before 5pm on Friday February 16, 2024 and was surprised to find the waiting area crowded with a wait. After waiting a few minutes we were seated at a small table near other tables. We asked for a booth because of my hearing impairment and were told we would have to go back in waiting, even though there were many booths in front of us never used the whole time we were there. I was surprised that this request was denied. The food and service was good.
Great experience at Warner Robins, Ga. restaurant
My husband and I visited the location in Warner Robins, GA. today for Valentine's Day. It was my husband's first visit to Olive Garden. We had Jasmin D as our server. To say that she made this Valentine/first visit great is an understatement. She went above and beyond to make sure that every question we had was answered and she kept coming back to check on us to make sure the meal was perfect. We can't say enough on how great she was.
We also had the opportunity to speak with the Devin Briggs as he was walking around checking on customers. It's great to see how much these two staff members care about their jobs. It really shows in how they treated not only us but other customers that we observed while there. Keep up the great work. We will be back because of these two.
Quality sucks
Salad had hardly any dressing. Zuppa toscano was bottom of pot. Had few crumbles of sausage & potatoes. Asked for second bowl, told they were “making it”. 2o minutes later, still no soup. Asked if I wanted a different kind. Went with chicken gnocchi. Not one gnocchi in the soup & very watered down.
2/14/24. To be fair. Olive Garden did email me promptly & issued a gift card. Also, when we spoke to the manager upon leaving, she gave us a bowl of soup to go which was better than what they served. So they did try to remedy the situation.
Salty and sodium laced unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks.
Attleboro, Massachusetts location:
I received a gift card for Christmas and I was looking forward to unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks.
The salad was dripping in a nasty dressing so oily and salty it was impossible to enjoy, the breadsticks were much to salty and although the minestrone soup was good, it was also salty. I was very disappointed that the minestrone was the only vegetarian option for soup.
