I've enjoyed the food at Olive Garden for several years but recently I've noticed a decline in their waitstaff service. I feel as though the restaurant was severely understaffed which is likely why we... See more

Terrible food soup salad and bread…
Terrible food soup salad and bread sticks all you can eat . The salad is iceberg lettuce the Italian dressing tasted terrible, the bread sticks not even sure what to say and the soups choices wow. I guess if you have 4-5 people and are starving this might be an option but honestly i am not even sure if they would want another round of this food . Also lunch specials so small only think you get a lot of is the pasta , lemonade drinks 3.79 each for fresh squeezed that was way to sweet and not good .
The management reached out and all they could say was we are so sorry about this please come back and try us again. Yeah right 40.00 dollars later for that food no thanks
PS : Never even offered a free meal or anything to try and make you feel better just sorry please come back and try us again . Honestly 1 star is to much based on the food and there lack of consideration to try and rectify this problem .

I would to hear from olive-garden
Omg it was nasty
Omg it was nasty, the gnocchi soup tasted like hot milk cream, had one tiny mushy dumpling, the salad was swimming in dressing, nothing for the breadsticks, no butter just nothing. This was my one and only visit to olive garden! I will NOT be back. The waitress/server was nice. Just absolutely nasty...not even copious black pepper could save the soup. I wasn't offered any other soup, or more salad without dressing...dissatisfied
Lyndsey H
Lyndsey H, was our server and she was excellent. She was not only cheerful she was efficient and thorough with our order. She was one of the best servers that we have had at not only Olive Garden but other restaurants that we frequent.
Always greeted professionally
This is the third time that I go to Olive Garden and have the waitress Jordan S. I always ask for her because she is the most professional outgoing server you guys have. Hotdog buns for breadsticks
Wife and I stop at Olive Garden to get some lunch after a short trip. Was interested in the soup and salad breadsticks. So we go in order soup and salad and breadsticks. When the salad comes out and it’s typical lettuce with a little bit of tomato and maybe a little bit of shredded carrots with dressing. Breadsticks come out and this is where things really go very very bad fast. Olive Garden used to be known for their soup and salad and breadsticks, and the breadsticks were very good. Sorry to say that they mush have changed vendors. After speaking with the manager at the location, we found out that they did changed the vendor of their bread and no joke It is like eating a toasted hotdog bun. It was so so bad the manager offered to me and I said no. I asked the manager how do I get in touch with corporate. I called corporate. The next day told them the same thing that I told the manager, and also told corporate that I had already spoken to the manager. So what does they have the manager of that store? Call me at home same manager that we spoke to at the restaurant she again offering me free coupons to come back for another meal hoping to change my mind. Wife and I both said no way will we come back until you change back. Told her that if y’all are going so cheap on your breadsticks, what else have you done the same thing to cheaping your food products.
Olive Garden in Escondido in Escondido, CA.
We go to the Olive Garden in Escondido, CA and have for several years. On our last visit - 6/18/34 - our server was Nikki A. She was terrific. My husband has been diagnosed with "mild" dementia and is doing well; however, he likes to talk and joke with people. Sometimes people can be offended and treat him with disdain. Nikki took the time to interact and be especially nice to both of us. She did an excellent job of interacting with all of the patrons seated in her section. Our food was excellent and plentiful. At 81 it is gratifying to have a cheerful and attentive waitress. We had the Shrimp Alfredo, and the Chicken Alfredo. I recommend them both!
Superb Experience in Springfield, PA
We ate at the Olive Garden in Springfield, PA last week. Quite possibly the BEST experience we've ever had at OG, and that's saying something because we're longtime customers who love the place. Server Howard was wicked busy, but still found time to cater to our every whim and smile throughout. Manager (Natalie or Nicole?) was very attentive and couldn't have been more accomodating. What a superb experience with outstanding staff!
Ordered take out during the pandemic in…
Ordered take out during the pandemic in Knoxville TN on Parkside. We live less than 10 minutes away and it was a birthday dinner. The food was just barely edible, frozen in places, no breadsticks, the salad dressing was not in the bag and I was so let down. The food was just not good. I made better food with jarred pasta and noodles. I was sad for my hubby that this was his b-day meal. I have not been back as the trust is broken now. The was on 02/04/2021 your site does not allow for accurate date And hubs is now deceased. So can't fix that birthday ever. I'm writing this as his death date is coming up in a few days and I never contacted OG about this terrible dinner. But I should have and better late than never. Not been back and won't.
I went there the food was pathetic
I went there the food was pathetic. food was served cold and cheese was moldy
We ordered take out
We ordered take out. For the second time this year, the Olive Garden in Kirkland, WA forgot a soup/salad. We live 10 miles away, so it is not convenient to travel back just for a missing soup/salad. The first time this happened the manager gave us some money back. This time, I didn't have time to wait for the manager to get on the phone, so I don't know if he/she would have offered us money back. We get takeout from Olive Garden 2 - 3 times per month. Olive Garden is a good place, but please do better.
I have eaten at the Olive Garden for…
I have eaten at the Olive Garden for years. On this particular date my children and wife were taking me out for Fathers Day. This was my worsted visit ever:
1) The breadsticks were over cooked - burned.
2) The main course was cold.
3) We ordered for 4 of us and no one enjoyed their meal (over $210.00).
4) The level of service was not up to previous experiences.
Having had this recent experience, I have no desire to repeat it. I understand the Keg makes good food.
Massive Dis appointment
Where should I start. the food, the service, the, the Ambiance... I could not even begin to explain the amount of dis appointments during one meal. Our table was in a den area with spotlights. The light directed towards our table was only covering half the table. So, half had light and the other side did not.
We ordered 2 servings of raviolis, an order of Gluten-Free Rotini with Marinara with chicken and Alfredo. Two side salads, French fries and grapes. Bread sticks. Family salad, coffee and soda.
The Food,
Let me break it down the raviolis were flat and over cooked. Chicken alfredo was gritty and the noodles over cooked. Gluten-Free Rotini with Marinara with chicken. I was able to turn the plate upside down without it coming off the plate. My chicken never showed up. A half hour later when asked they just put it on to cook. We never received our side salads. When grabbing the clean plates, you could fill the leftover food on them and could scrape it off with your nail. The famous bread sticks, more like torpedoes, door knockers, or if need be, a weapon of mass destruction. Whichever one you would like to choose all would be effective as long as you don't eat them. The poor meatballs, Dr. Scholl's could use them for a new shoe cushion.
The Service,
Waitress did not know the menu. Brought only two plates for the family salad when there was 4 people. Never once cleared the table even after being buzzed twice. Was not even attentive after seeing the errors were being made with the meal. Even the managers completely ignored the issues watched the plates stack up on the table, food going back. We did tip the waitress for a poor job.
Sadly, to say my wife and I did not eat and settled for tacos after paying the $75 dollar bill for food I didn't even get nor eat. We will never return. One thing I can say is if your entree is served before you can finish your salad pay for your salad and cut your losses.

I gave this a 1 star since the hostess…
I gave this a 1 star since the hostess that seated us was very pleasant. Our orders were taken quickly. Our soup was barely lukewarm and salad was dry. Waiter came back asked if we needed anything my soup was not even half gone and salad not touched yet. My husband said we’re good. I guess he took that as we were done. He came back with our bill. He came back twice within minutes second time standing there waiting for the money. My salad still on my plate. We were not even asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks which of course were only 1/2 gone so why would he ask. Yes I did leave a $5 tip because it is just not in me not to however we will not be going back to the Olive Garden again.
It seems like the chicken is fake…
It seems like the chicken is fake microwave chicken now. It always taste chewy and raw. It’s so cheap now and taste Horrible. Even the soup is watering more now
A Very Pleasant Experience
A couple of coworkers and myself just left a trip to the Regency Olive Garden, in Jacksonville Florida. Just wanted to give a quick review. Even though it was a very busy day as it was graduation for a lot of schools and it was the restaurant was crowded we had a fantastic time. The service was fantastic! Eva was our server, she was very pleasant and very attentive to us The manager,Terry, was also very courteous and could tell he really cares about his restaurant , the service it provides and the overall atmosphere. Again, just wanted to say what a pleasant time we had today and we will be back again.
Joseph the great!
Joseph was our server and let me say he is absolutely amazing! He’s quick, kind, courteous and his customer service skills are above par! Please recognize him on behalf of the Flores Family, we will definitely come back and ask for him!
This place has gone downhill
This place has gone downhill, its terrible now. I cant imagine no ones ever been there, but if you have not you are lucky, stay that way. If you have been there you will know what i am talking about. Cold breadsticks and warm salad. A mentally challenged high school kid could get that one correct. Quality in taste, pasta was so overcooked i couldnt get half way through entre, it was so overcooked or just old, like when pasta been sitting out for an hour, it was mush! Soap cold too? Soup is like coffee, its a no brainer, serve it hot! Dont even get me started on the little things too like not including silverware when requested or even when requested and included forgetting napkins. Some people dont believe in tipping when they pick up food. I always overtip. So i tip and still have to make drive to store to buy silverware because ours was packed, which is why if they are going to have option, place check in box if you want silverware, how do you screw that up???
