Me and my family went to the Montgomery…

Me and my family went to the Montgomery location and really enjoyed our experience. Our waitress was the best whom made our dinner experience there feel elegant and we felt very important to the company. In all my years I have yet to receive an experience like that from no restaurant in Montgomery. She was attentive, friendly, respectful of what we do and don’t like and ended our night with some chocolates. When I say I was full from the food, drinks, and experience I had to let the company know what an asset she bring to the company and she deserve a raise or a better position how she made us all feel. I felt like I was under dressed how we was treated. I had to give this review because I was wowed. After the long day I had and coming to that experience made a big difference on how my day ended! Thank u Brea and me and many more people will be back to ask just for u!!❤️❤️

Took my 91 year old mom to the store in…

Took my 91 year old mom to the store in Mogadore Ohio today for her birthday. I went to the men's room, finding 3 of the workers smoking pot in there. Came back out, waited 25 minutes to be seated. Plenty of empty tables. Seated us, and others who were waiting in the bar area. When I asked for a booth , were told there were not enough waitresses. Never again!

Delightfully surprised by the…

We were delightfully surprised by the level of quality and service we received during a recent visit for lunch. Everyone dining with us enjoyed their soup and entrees; there was more than enough salad to go around! The breadsticks were served soft and warm, but a bit too greasy and salty for my taste. They also tasted like they were prepared from biscuit dough rather than an italian bread or french baguette dough (also not really to my liking). The take home meals were acceptable, but in slightly smaller portions; the fettucine alfredo didn't have nearly enough sauce to cover the noodles. Given the overall satisfaction, we will probably visit our local Olive Garden location again.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Stonecrest Olive Garden

I ordered dinner from Olive Garden's site from the Olive Garden at Stonecrest (GA) on July 16th, and it was a disaster from start to finish. I ordered salmon, shrimp scampi, fettuccine alfredo, and a salad—what I got was someone else's order (chicken scampi, for a person named Mario). I don’t eat chicken, so I called the restaurant right away. The night manager acknowledged the mistake and told me they would not resend the correct meal, but that I’d get a full refund.

Only $22 of my $62.38 order was refunded. I called the next day (July 17th) and spoke to someone named Sean. She couldn’t resolve the issue and promised to call me back. She never did.

Then—without notice or confirmation—food appeared on my doorstep the morning of the 17th. No text, no call, no Uber Eats update. I had no idea how long it had been sitting there, so I had to throw it away.

Between the incorrect delivery, false promises of a full refund, lack of follow-up, and terrible communication, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’m still out over $40 for food I never received or couldn’t safely eat.

Olive Garden, this is unacceptable.

Great new dish, great service

We went to Olive Garden and were seated after about 10 minutes. Our waitress was very nice and attentive making sure we were taken care of . We took a few minutes to look over the menu but decided on a new dish being offered for a limited time, the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini. I have to say first that I've been a regular customer of Olive Garden for about twenty years but this is the best tasting dish I've ever tried there, absolutely scrumptious ! If they still have it next time I'm getting it again. I would give Olive Garden more stars for this if they were available but 5 will have to do.

Can't get right!!

Placed an order online the to go order did not ask whether I wanted a soup or salad. Called in to correct the order and reassured it was fixed. Received my order absolutely wrong.

Very impressed with the waiter and waitress

I was supposed to meet friends for dinner but was not able to get ahold of them. And I held up a table for some time first I had a waiter who was taking the place during the waitresses break. He was very, very nice when the waitress came back on. She also was very, very patient with me when I decided to leave. I tried to give her a tip. She refused it. I believe her name was Esme. I tried to give her a tip when I decided to leave without eating because I wasn't going to be able to enjoy my food until I found out what happened to my friends. I look forward to my next visit. I wish I would have gotten the name of the waiter to also give him a thumbs up. I used to be a waitress. I know it's hard when you have a table that is occupied for a long period of time and you depend on your tips.

I tried the new 3 meat spicy sauce. I like a little heat, but found this to be far more heat than I could handle. Could not eat it. I love Olive Garden, just want to make sure they inform people on the heat level. I really don’t think this one will remain on the menu. That’s ok, the regular meat sause is great as it is ! Fyi Olive Garden !

I have been an Olive Garden for…

I have been an Olive Garden customer for decades, in a number of states. Their food is very good, and worth the high pricing, if you really want it. I only do pick-up now that my wife passed and the trick to getting hot food is to show up 15 minutes before the order is scheduled to be ready, and it will likely be on the shelf waiting for you...HOT. The only reason for my low score is the inept corporate dept. that thinks their risk of a customer no show on an order is greater if you order on-line verses placing a phone order. You can pay cash for a called in order but not if you place an order on-line. The risk for an order getting screwed up for a called in order verses an on-line order is significantly greater. The solution, put cash as an option for on-line orders on pickup. I have been sending this request to the corp. office for 3 years and they always say, we'll consider it. It would be about 15 minutes of programming, because they dropped that option several years ago. It would require that they care about customer sat.

Need better service

My daughter and her family were done before we saw the waiter again and I finally got a second bowl of soup. No more breadsticks or fresh salad. When I asked for a refill on my drink he poured some out of a pitcher on the water where the ice melted and so I got a glass of flavored water.

I bought my daughter a SuperHP hair…

I bought my daughter a SuperHP hair dryer for her business at the hair show in 2024. I stopped working 6 months after the purchase. I reached out to OliviaGarden by email as I was told to do. I neve heard back from anyone. I have tried to call repeatedly. The voicemail is always full and I have yet to be able to leave a message!!! This has to be the worst customer service of any product I have ever purchased. I paid $300 for this damn hair dryer and I would hope it would last longer than 6 months. Just be aware if something you purchase from OG breaks your stuck with it.

2nd chance

Olive garden located on 510 Woodbridge center i was able to have another experience there. My first time wasnt good but this one was great. Alejandro z made it better with the help of the manager Shee. It was a after birthday day out with my kids. My visit was better this time.

NOTHING IS GOOD!

NOTHING IS GOOD! Food and service were in BAD quality. Based on our experience at their BGC branch, staffs are not approachable while the supervisor is not competent enough to face complaints of their customers. Upon serving our dish, we were told that our order is not for sharing but gave as a bowl of salad to share but with those of the same order only. So inconvenient. Very first experience of this type of service while food is not worth the price as well.
