I had to give at least 1 star but it doesn’t deserve that!! this is NOT a company you want to buy from!!!! I ordered a beautiful looking dress for £60…..when ‘it’ turned up (after 3 weeks) it was almost laughable!! (Now I’m not laughing!) Having complained, their ‘returns department’ (Shop Value Ventures)…(one person called Austine-probably not her real name) sent me a returns address (no label may I add) for a warehouse in CHINA!!!!! Bear in mind this was advertised as a UK company and said to be distributed from Middlesex!!! I paid £20 to return the £60 dress!!!!! Well it was that or throw £60 in the bin! This was 9 weeks ago!!!!!!! Final communication this morning saying the package was still in customs and I should contact the shipping company!!! Both company’s work b side by side to rip us off, steal our money and wash their hands of ALL responsibility!!! And you know what, there’s nothing anyone can do about it because ‘legally’ you can trade from the UK but have returns in China! Disgraceful!!
PLEASE do not touch them with a barge pole, there’s better quality clothing at Poundland!!

SHOCKING. AVOID!!!!! I ordered a dress as a standard size female. When then dress came it was cheap and tacky and extremely short!? I have been trying to get a refund for a month. They only agreed to 50% and yet I have still had nothing paid back. This is a scam website!!!

Total fraud run by thieves. Provide a London address but returns have to go to China. The cheap rubbish product is NOT what is advertised (paid over £50 for boots) they are a total con. Reported them for fraud, do NOT waste your money

Stock is from China without being told. If you look at the contact address says Edinburgh. I ordered and wanted to return and had to pay £20 to get this sent back to CHINA.
