I bought my migraine Hugo glasses and…

I bought my migraine Hugo glasses and at first I didn’t understand the lens why they were light shade and then I realize what it was for and that made the glasses super awesome. I can see day and night with them o and keeps all light dem for me. I will be buying another pair soon

Fabulous

Easy to order from very professional website. Brilliant to get access to such high quality migraine glasses from UK rather than having to buy direct from USA. Arrived today in perfect condition. Quality and appearance are outstanding. I'll be using Ollie Quinn from now on for my migraine care.

Is it a free eye test if no prescription?

I had an eye test at the Richmond branch. There’s a sign outside advertising “free eye tests,” which I thought was good - I assumed there was no obligation to buy glasses there.
I then took a look at all of the bad reviews (on-line) and decided their glasses were probably overpriced (£450 each) and I actually preferred some I saw at Boots which were much more reasonably priced.
When I asked for my prescription, I was told that they were discontinuing the free test and I should get an NHS test. The “free eye test” sign is still outside the shop.
Not very professional in my view.

A Brand I’ve Trusted for Over a Decade

I have been wearing Ollie Quinn glasses for well over 10 years now. My home store is the Wandsworth / clapham one- first class service and they are always extremely helpful. I look forward to wearing my new pairs I picked up today. Many thanks.

I’m impressed by the frame selection…

I’m impressed by the frame selection and consistently outstanding customer service. Typically, I visit the shop and receive exceptional assistance from Mike at the Park Street location, who is truly iconic. This occasion, however, I opted to purchase online after having tried the frames in the store. It was efficient and hassle-free.

Poor quality. Unfortunately, my glasses only lasted a month or so before the arm broke off. This is not covered by any warranty.

Ollie Quinn,give Rory a raise.

The experience thanks to Rory has been quite good and bearable. I have made the purchase of avulux glasses Online, Rory is responsible for solving all my doubts and monitoring the entire process of sending by email. He also inform myself of an error on their website with the Avulux models, on their website they comment that the glasses come without anti-reflect because it can affect the functioning of the glasses, but he explained that they can have it and it does not lead to an additional cost. (that the glasses had AR was very important for me) As an tip to Spanish buyers like me, I highly recommend 2 things, The store does not ship internationally, but in my case a friend did the process of picking them up and sending them to me, so...1. travel to London and make your pick up there, the cost of shipping plus customs procedures are approximately 150 euros and the process can be carried out in approximately 15 or 30 days, which is ridiculous. 2. Again, the travel recommendation is to pick up the glasses and return, place your order online so that when the glasses are in store, you just have to pick them up, Rory really does a spectacular job solving doubts (Unfortunately, he does not speak Spanish haha, but he does a great job in the same way.).
I repeat, the procedure with aduna is exhausting and expensive. It is better to take advantage of that expense and spend 1 day in London getting to know the city

Delivery issues resolved - great customer service

Ollie Quinn are the only suppliers of the migraine lenses I was recommended, I love the glasses and making managing light sensitivity in a professional environment much easier.
Rory in customer services has been amazing at resolving issues with delivery - they went out of their way to help get these glasses to me. Great stuff, thank you!

Love the choice of frames

Love the choice of frames and the customer service is always excellent. I usually go into the store and have had wonderful care from Mike (Park Street), who is an absolute legend. This time I shopped online, after already trying the frames in store. Was fast and convenient.

Great customer service

I ordered Avulux glasses for my migraines. These arrived and were far too large for me. I contacted their customer services and was assisted by Rory who was extremely helpful. He sent me some smaller frames to try on and once I had picked the frame they reproduced the glasses in the new smaller frame. I thought the customer service was superb and particular thanks goes to Rory who assisted me throughout.

The glasses are excellent.

The glasses are excellent.

The delivery by Fed Ex was clunky: delivery was delayed. It was very difficult to navigate the emails you sent and the tracking data provided by Fed Ex to try and discover what the problems and solutions were. Contacting Fed Ex customer services connected me to computer generated response system (rather than an employee) which assumed I was trying to arrange a parcel pick up rather than information about a delivery; it could not recognise my tracking ID or find it in the system.
On the Ollie Quinn emails the Track My shipment button led to a "Track Order with Shop" button which revealed a to code to be scanned. The code had been disabled.

Very frustrating. I will make future purchases from you through your shops rather than on line.
