MUCH Better Ordering Experience
My recent order was fulfilled through a local Houston store rather than a distant warehouse and we had a MUCH better experience with delivery time and the quality of our order. The food arrived solidly frozen in an insulated bag with gel packs. (Prior shipments arrived partially thawed and the dry ice totally evaporated)! Much faster delivery time after placing our order was a plus. We hope this new method of order/delivery will continue going forward. Thank you Town and Country Village Omaha Steaks!

The meals were great and the costs were acceptable.We had a message saying the order would be here tomorrow.I took the day off ,was at home all day and night and the order never arrived.I sent a message to Omaha Steaks and was then told the order would arrive in one to two days.I nor my wife could be available to sign for the wine at that time and would be leaving at 12:30 the next day.The order arrived the next day when we were leaving at 12:35 pm.I hope the orders arrive at the time advised in the future.
