I have ordered numerous times and am usually pleased with products, but I recently cooked the bacon wrapped filet and was underwhelmed with product. The filet was tough and had fascia running through it. Very disappointing for the cost.

Steaks Thawed when received
Last 2 orders of Steaks came in a cardboard box and was fully thawed. Dry ice was completely gone. Called customer service and they went above and beyond helping me. Sent me a new order both times, only thing was the last order the dry ice was gone and nothing but empty bags. Steaks was just a little soft so I didn't complain about that. Customer service was great to deal with.

Improved packaging
For the first time the dry ice was still there. The new packaging definitely made an improvement on maintaining the contents frozen and not just cold.

I was given a heads up that some orders were shipped with insufficient dry ice. When my order arrived deforested. I wasn’t upset. I called and they reshipped a new order. The new order was supposed to arrive the next day but actually arrived 3 days later. Thankful there was still some dry ice and the order was not defrosted. The food is perfect! Delicious

Food wasn't what I expected not good i was hoping it was better than what it was the t-bone steak was very good
