Great seat and great quality. Communication could be a bit better from the start, but every question asked was answered within 24 hours. So after all great service.

The delivered product is of very good quality and conforms to the description. package very well packaged to avoid damage during transport and delivered within a reasonable time given the manufacturing and transport.

I ordered a custom flat bench seat for my 2019 Kawasaki W800 Street. Excellent service and excellent product. The seat looks and feels so much better than the stock seat. The flat bench seat also gave me an extra inch of height compared to the stock low seat the put on the Street model. Really happy with it, I would order more products from Omega-Racer without hesitation.

I have a 2012 w800. I needed a tank ,these guys were inexpensive, helpful and shipped to my garage.
Then I needed an exhaust, but the exhaust wasn't on their website. I emailed them and the managing director emailed back apologising and letting me know it's back in stock.
Utterly brilliant service and support.
BTW all the parts were awesome the bike looks and sounds great 👍🏼

Great service, worked with me to custom build a fairing to my dimensions. Parts turned up well wrapped and was great quality. Couldn't be happier.

I ordered and received an Omega custom seat for my Triumph scrambler and could not be happier with it. The quality of construction is fantastic and the seat is more comfortable than the stock item it replaced. Construction time took less time than I would have thought, but delivery time was almost a month. That is not Omega Racer's fault, as shipping during the pandemic is completely screwed up, through no fault of theirs. I HIGHLY recommend their products.

I recently received a custom leather tuck and roll seat for my Bonneville T120. The workmanship is beautiful and the fit on the bike is spot on. Turnaround time was much quicker than I expected and the seat arrived in Pennsylvania two weeks after notice of shipment. I would absolutely use Omega Racer again.

I ordered a full set of pea shooter pipes for my W800 and was surprised at how quick they arrived. The stainless steel pipes are well made and look and sound fantastic. The bike is also faster. I am very happy with their service and product. I would recommend Omega to anyone who wants after market parts for their bike. Great Company

Omega has vastly exceeded my expectations. I ordered a custom seat and tank that I hadn’t been able to find anywhere outside of being a fabricator and making them yourself. And honestly the time frame was way faster than any fabricator I know. It was also affordable, which is rare these days. Quality is top notch. I highly recommend them. Having worked in the motorcycle industry a while I have seen and been asked to install “so called custom parts” and been very skeptical with the quality and installation ease. The parts from Omega where some of the easiest to install that I’ve come across. Every bolt hole, perfectly aligned! Omega is a gift to the home builder.

Ordered a seat for my Kawasaki W800 and asked for some modifications to make it more of a bench seat. The communication was amazing and timely. Got the seat nicely wrapped and it exceeds my expectations! Highly recommend Omega

I asked to modify engine guard for my W800 Kawasaki and the turn around time and price were excellent. Ordered and received guard and it fits perfectly. Delivery was a little longer than I expected but the guard was worth the wait. Thank you, I will be ordering again. JM

I ordered a tank strap and two Union Jack badges for my Triumph Street Twin here. Both beautiful items and entirely in accordance with the information on the website. Great price. Shipping to the Netherlands took quite a long time (almost six weeks); possibly because of the Corona pandemic. Overall, a satisfied customer.

So found this site and read the reviews so decided to order a seat for my royal Enfield interseptor 650 saw that I needed to pay £79 delivery charge okay so I did this then waited 6 weeks for delivery and am still waiting received a letter today from the UK corrier that I have to pay another £65 import tax and vat they don't tell you this when you order so total cost comes in around £350 so beware find out about total costs before ordering I won't be using them again

Came across Omega Racer while on the hunt for exquisite custom builds for my Yamaha SRV250 Renaissa. Decided to opt for a Thruxton seat, naturally. Reached out to Markus and since his reply, I knew I was making the right choice. The team built a seat that left me speechless from the time I saw the box. Those fine details, the packing, the finish... A tick mark for a customer who's passionate about his rebuild. I own a Triumph Thruxton 1200 standard.
The bike being a cafe racer, the seat only can accomodate one person. So I put in a order with Triumph for their Triumph Comfort pillion seat. After waiting 3 months the seat was still nowhere to be seen and because of COVID they could not tell me when it would arrive. So I decided to look at an after market seat.
I did a search on the net and came across the Omega Racer range. I was so impressed with look and range of their seats.
I decided to give it a go and see what happened.
I can tell you that I have found Markus to be very prompt and professional to work with as a customer.
The seat arrived today and honestly the quality is amazing. I took my old seat off and it clips right in, no jiggling or pushing. Putting it up against an original Factory seat, the Omega Racer seat blows the Factory seat out of the water in terms of look and quality.
I will be buying another seat and other bike parts off of him in the future.
I have people comment already on the seat.

Quality workmanship, professional business.

I purchased a radiator cover for my Triumph and as explained the delivery would be longer than normal after a month have just received letter from parcel force explaining they have parcel but will only deliver if you pay HM Revenue £36.10
There is a small piece on site explaining this may happen but let me tell you it does this is the first time this has ever happened to me and I receive items from all over so just be aware after paying for a part you have to pay again to receive in UK

So I had an excellent experience buying from Markus and Omega Racer. I bought and installed the supertrapp type exhaust for my 79' sr500.
It sounds awesome, was straight forward in installation, and really is an improvement in performance. If you are looking for this type of exhaust and don't want to spend a lot, then this would be a great option for your cycle.

Excellent international seller if you need aftermarket parts for your triumph couldn’t ask for a finer Etailer.

Second purchase of mine. First was side panels/side covers for the my Street Twin. this time around leather side bags. both times paid air shipping arrived within two weeks from Thailand to New York and most recently even with a pandemic in June arrived within two weeks.

My recent purchase of the leather side bags were exquisite in detail and craftsmanship. perfect fit for the Street Twin onto the frame.

Excellent communication from Markus. The company point man. all shipping tracking information sent. Any questions no matter how many times you ask he never hesitates to answer with details.

Hope to make a third purchase in the fall for a seat.
