Nice watch (planet ocean) but Omega seems to have great difficulty in supplying watches with correctly aligned bezels.

Great customer service
Great customer service . I took my dad’s watch to get it sized to my wrist (sentimental reasons). Amy Vu greeted me and then asked Mathew Lewis to help me with it. I waited for about 10 minutes in which my watch was adjusted to fit me. Absolutely great customer service and reception.😊
Toatl disgrace and lack of…
Toatl disgrace and lack of communication from Omega and Beaverbrooks to replace a known fault on my Seamaster watch. They have had this watch since 07 Dec and its still not fixed. The clasp is a known fault yet there was no recall sent out. Disgusting customer service and failure to communicate effectively with Beaverbrooks and myself.
Excellent customer service…
I’ve had Excellent customer service experience from Omega, and would not hesitate to purchase from them. I recently had the opportunity to purchase a beautiful vintage Omega watch and wanted them to take a look to confirm all was well, the service from start to finish was outstanding, looking forward to receiving my watch back and no doubt Omega has won me as a customer.
Professional support nearly 30 years after purchase
I would like to thank Omega Service Centre, Southampton ( part of the Swatch Group). I purchased my brand new Omega Seamaster 300m Chronometer (model 25318000) back in 1996- and any time I wanted anything doing - I returned it to them - NEVER sending to a third party. Yesterday I received my watch after a service; I paid extra for a new sapphire crystal as there were marks on the existing one, also a new dial. I received a new stainless steel bezel as a gesture of good will; because as I was informed, they believed the blue aluminium insert had faded.
I am really pleased that after twenty-eight and a half years, the brand supported me. I have had six different Omega watches from new but have sold on the other five, keeping this, my first purchase through an authorised dealer.
Thanks in particular to Sharon Cook in the Service Centre.
It's nice to know that in an ever changing world - old fashioned care along with attention to detail, passion and perfection can still be found.
Best regards to this classic Swiss brand.
Dreadful after sales and customer service
Make great watches, however, their after sales and customer service absolutely stinks. Exploitative practices which cost the consumer and the environment. Very disappointing, considering the reputation this company once had. Consider carefully prior to buying a new watch from this company. Omega you need to look at yourselves .
Everything going badly
Everything going badly. I was given a new Omega De Ville and from the start it has run slow, about a minute a day. I took it to a dealer and they were not interested. Right on schedule a few days after the supposed warranty ran out it stopped for good. A £200 service has got it running but even slower than before. I wish I had been given anything but an Omega!
Omega always seem to go the extra bit…
Omega always seem to go the extra bit more than they need to which is great to see when others cut corners.
What a wonderful experience at Omega…
What a wonderful experience at Omega Sloan Street London. Friendly and informed staff that truly care shut the customers. Headed by Datsa and supported by John, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful and offer wonderful customer service the old fashioned way. Well done Omega, Datsa and the team.
Andrew - Buchanan St Glasgow
I recently had cause to go into Omega in Buchanan St Glasgow to get my watch repaired. I was served by Andrew, who was extremely helpful. My watch was repaired and ready for collection the next day. Excellent service.
Omega fixed magnetized watch
In late 2023, I paid Omega $1,000 AUD for the service and repair of my loved pre-bond Seamaster two tone Automatic Chrono 200m. This service took 5 month and a trip to Switzerland for the watch I was told. Now in June 2024, six month later with careful and occasional use, I was surprised to find it running 1 minute a day too fast. So I took the watch to Omega boutique Melbourne and the watch was put under a special machine, which detected the watch had been magnetised ...which it turns out was due to me working in a hospital close to large imaging machines using strong magnets... then the machine at Omega successfully un magnetized the watch and a week later it is keeping good time within Omega's limits. Very happy with the service. Thanks Omega.
I had a horrible customer service…
I had a horrible customer service experience with recent order of an Omega watch from omegawatches.com for an anniversary gift. The estimated delivery date aligned with the advertised 2 day delivery promise at the main site. What the didn’t make clear is that this 2 days delivery time is only after the processing is complete. In my case, the order was still processing after 4 business days and then I was notified on day 4 of processing that my order was cancelled because they had oversold the watch that I’d ordered. My payment was returned to my account promptly but it left me with no gift for my spouse on our 30th
wedding anniversary.
Great timepieces with a great customer service experience.
I received my first Omega watch over twenty years ago.
It was a Quartz Seamaster and it has served me well.
However in the last few years my interest in watches has increased.
This has resulted in me now having a small collection of watches which includes a number of Omega watches.
These have mainly been purchased in the Glasgow Omega Boutique in Buchanan Street.
I have had to visit the shop on a number of occasions for sales, servicing etc.
The shop is a pleasure to visit, the staff always make me feel welcome and go the extra mile for me.
( especially Christina and Andrew).
I would not only recommend Omega watches as a brand, but that you make your purchase at this boutique due to its excellent sales and aftersales experience.
Disappointing Brand/Customer service
Very poor customer service. Trust the other reviews. After owning 3 of their time pieces Omega is no longer a brand I would consider ever again.
If you don’t take care of your customers someone else will…
Woeful customer service response times
Rang customer service 0808 122 1969 waited 20 minutes to answer very polite helpful lady explained i wanted details of a watch to forward to a family member who would be contributing to the watch purchase. She said she would send an email straight away. No email after 1 hr 30, rang back, 30 minutes to pick up the phone, spent a further 10 minutes when the agent tried to send me an email but had problems with the server. I felt for her. Come on Omega you are selling high end watches to professional people who do not deserve or tolerate such poor response times, it actually makes you question whether you even want to deal with the company
Omega Birmingham bullring
Omega Birmingham bullring. Natalie was fantastic in looking after me while buying a Seamaster. 5 stars
Omega Glasgow boutique
I'm sure I wrote a review for Omega Glasgow Branch before but can't seem to find it....
Anyway I would just like to say that the Manager Alan Henderson can't do enough for you, absolutely great service...doesn't have to be a watch your buying to get the same great service.Garry and Christina also very helpful...Great team, highly recommended.
Omega Bluewater
Omega Bluewater
Great advice and help from the 2 young chaps yesterday.
My second purchase form here and the last one in 2012 ( and would you believe it ) purchased a new one yesterday…spooky…
Anyway Speedmaster never went wrong in 10 years and I hope the Seamaster is the same if not better.
Great help and although they couldn’t come up with a good price for my old watch if was a good expireance
Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed. I own a number of Omega watches. I unfortunately dropped a 2023 Omega Seamaster from the hand and the case chipped. I sent a detailed photograph of the watch before posting. It was insinuated to me that it would be repaired under the warranty. After examining it, Omega said they can't polish it (two jewellers have told me they could polish it) but now want over $1000 for a case. This is meant to be strong stainless steel. The watch fell on a floor in a hotel. I have introduced friends to the brand and also own a number of my own Omegas. I'm still in discussions but they are not for budging it looks. Be careful buying Omega. Unfortunately I've lost my love for the brand.
Excellent Service
I can’t thank Kimmy at Omega Birmingham Bull Ring enough for the level of customer service she showed my family and I.
I purchased two watches for my son and daughter and Kimmy ensured we were looked after from start to end. She knew how special this was, especially to my daughter, who was very excited to get her first Omega watch.
If Omega have an employee recognition scheme, she definitely deserves to be awarded.
Thank you Kimmy, we could not fault your level of service over the last couple of weeks.
