Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with. Wrong item sent, 8 weeks of emails and phone calls to be then contacted and be threatened by Andy. Mocking disabilities and threatening on the phone. Avoid this company it's cheap tat anyway

FAKE 5* REVIEWS! BRIBERY IN RETURN FOR FREE ITEM!!!

MASSIVE CON!!!! AVOID!!!! FAKE 5* REVIEWS!!
Sending emails to customers bribing them to leave a 5* review in return for a free item!!!!!! Cheap clothes! Poor customer service! Didn’t send full order, and took weeks of chasing to be refunded!! Now to see they are bribing customers for 5* reviews! AVOID! RIP OFF!!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! This company takes your money and never sends you your order. Customer services never reply to emails and took weeks for me to finally get my refund. Do not waste you’re time or money ordering from here!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Received incorrect order early September, returned via special delivery and emailed following their protocol.
Still awaiting an update following numerous unanswered emails and no refund. Don't waste your money on this scam company.
Following 7 emails, this company also blocked me from commenting on their posts warning others of this experience and advised me they would post my item. Needless to say it never arrived, they also trade under a 2nd name. I will he reporting them further.

Do not buy!

Do not buy!! Long delivery wait, don’t follow the anti bribery law (leave us a 5 star review and recieve a free item) I sent back two shorts/top sets with tracking sent by email a month ago and still no refund. Absolute fraudsters. Don’t lean into their influencer trap like I did! Terrible service, terrible quality and I’ll be writing to the FCA.

Terrible customer services, no delivery

Ordered 2 tracksuits for 2-4 days delivery. Over a week late and had to leave for my holiday without them. Beverley who I was emailing was rude and was not helpful, they ignored my email after I asked for a refund on my shipping. Will never order again. Emailed them on Instagram and they blocked my account cause I asked for a refund on my shipping! Disgusting customer services

Omg fashion

Awful company. I ordered some trousers I saw advertised, they came with no tags etc, couldn't send them back as no tags or returns address/form. Had to mess about online & found out you have to pay for returning items. The trousers were cheaply made, rubbish fabric that wasn't as advertised. DONT order, save your money.
