Omnia made me miserable

Omnia made me miserable. My time there was spent feeling undervalued and overworked. I lost my confidence and found myself constantly questioning myself, despite working as hard as possible. There is a nasty culture, you are valued on who you are friends with and despite the time or effort put in, you are treated simply as a number. They often take shortcuts and don’t do things properly or “by the book”. I would stay well away whether you are a customer or a future employee.

We would naturally challenge the comments re. doing things properly... we are accredited and audited to the absolute highest of industry standard by the FCSA and SafeRec, facts which clearly outweigh any opinion.

Aggressive and unprofessional…

Aggressive and unprofessional marketing.
I received a phone call from Omnia 3 days ago as my details were passed on by my recruitment consultant.
The person from Omnia acted like they were already my nominated umbrella company.
A very presumptuous and aggressive approach.
They then emailed me.
I emailed them to say I wouldn't be using them.
Since then I've had 2 emails a day from Docusign with a contract to sign.
I don't know how to make them stop.
This company is crazy.
Avoid if possible.
