I have been a professional poker player…

I have been a professional poker player for over 20 years, consistently winning across multiple platforms worldwide. However, my experience with PokerStars Ontario has been shocking.
After a significant sample size in Spin & Go games, I ran my results through SwongSim for a detailed variance analysis. The results are mathematically impossible—my actual outcomes fall outside even the bottom 1% of probability. In two decades of play, I have never encountered such a consistent pattern of highly improbable "bad beats" and unnatural board runouts that defy standard variance.
The RNG on this specific Ontario platform feels completely rigged or, at the very least, severely flawed. It doesn't matter how well you play; the statistical anomalies here are off the charts. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from PokerStars Ontario. Do not waste your money on a site that lacks basic mathematical integrity.

Pokerstar exchange rate skimming off the top

I've been using pokerstar for awhile now, And really had no complaints up until recently. I made a deposit for $20 or something and decided I was going to play poker instead of the casino this time. I tried to play spin and go Max for $0.50 and when it showed registered it showed brought me to the table and there wasn't anybody on there yet so I decided to go and unregister and then I was going to re-register - I thought it might be quicker to get into a game rather than sit there and wait and that's when I noticed a problem. For every .50¢CAD there would be about .81 ¢ taken off my balance due to USD currency exchange -that part's fine - what's not fine, Is that when they return my $0.50 to my account there was $0.01 less every single time. Now yes one cent doesn't sound like much, but accumulate that over how many people every single time they do a transaction... It adds up very quickly! I did one for starting game was $2USD, I tested out the unregister before the table was populated and this time it kept .08¢! Ya! I know! Wtf?!
So I contacted customer service and let them know about this. He showed me that he would have someone investigated and the investigative team would get back to me soon as they could and that was that. He said he didn't think that it was anything to be worried about but that it did seem weird and it was good to have them take a look at it for me. When I did receive a response it was completely denying any wrongdoing, that there was actually no money missing out of the account and it all equaled out and that was that.
I have not responded as of yet as I wanted to see if there was anyone else that had noticed this or was having the same experience. I have screenshots and the conversations etc.
I did actually try to write back to them but it was a do not reply email so now I've got to go back to customer service again but I figured I'd check your first. I mean I figured it out if say 100,000 people are on this site and if they play 10 games in an hour and each one of them gets one cent taken off every time they do a 50 cent game... It adds up very very quickly...

My computer security system suddenly…

My computer security system suddenly wouldn’t allow me to access PokerStars.ca.
I contacted them and was told to try to log on on another device. PokerStars system told me I couldn’t try logging onto my account from another device.
I tried setting up another account without success. I asked for a refund of my banked money.
I sent in two ID’s and asked for a cheque. To issue a cheque PokerStars apparently needs my bank transit number and account number amongst other banking info.
I then asked for a E-transfer. Again I was asked for intimate banking info. I refused to provide intimate banking info on line.

There is no way to appeal this foolish decision. Who, in this day and age wants to give intimate banking info onto something that can be hacked???

My next recourse is going to a local TV station to see if media pressure will have this AI budge!!!

"randomly" rejected throughout each session

Id say at least 100 bets have been "randomly" rejected throughout each session you have for the day. The biggest "coincidence" is that in some of those outcomes, me (the player) would have won. I understand that when I play I lose money, I'm not complaining about the loss of money. It's the straight up theft, tax me on winnings idc, dont just take it from me damn.

Such a bad site

Such a bad site. Their algorithm is just there to build rakes that they don't even try to hide it any longer. If you play for cash on this site you're a complete sucker. This should be illegal and I woder what the authorities will say.

Still nothing fixed , glitches on sports every single time and help center does the same, I email , I did chats with employees and still nothing. I will NEVER put another cent on that site and its 1000% their fault . Bchatty28 thanks again for the WORST site I have ever encounter. You have failed and lost a customer. Absolutely embarrassing for a huge company. But you absolutely suck .

Got email saying I am verified

They sent me an email saying my account was verified after I sent my bank statement. I have been trying to withdraw for the last 3 days since receiving their email to no success. When I try to withdraw it says I need to be verified, but I got an email saying I am verified. But now I see I am not alone. I have tried contacting support to no avail. There are no support emails available on the site, no contact info, just a bot. I am so frustrated that I have sent my banking statement again, hey I even tried communicating with that bot no avail. I won't play here after this experience.

Where is the RTP??

Where is the RTP??? I deposited $40; wagering $.20 and my best win was $2.00, my 2nd best win was $1.60?
Nothing but dead spins and extremely low payouts (if any).
Triggering a bonus is impossible.
My money only lasted 25 mins. I don’t have any expectations but this was horrible.
These online slots seem to controlled.

Avoid pokerstars ontario at all costs!!

These crooks are the absolute worst company to deal with!! They make it near impossible to withdraw your money, hoping you'll just give up. I've been sending bank documents for a month now, yet they keep getting rejected. There is zero customer support!!!! I just keep getting generic emails. I will never spend another cent on this site and will actively inform people to avoid this site.

Stay Away

I played a $25 Spin and Go last night and the prize pool was $75. When I got heads up it said checking location and sat me out. I kept trying to hit the "I'm Back" button and it didn't do anything. I got to watch my hands get folded for 14 hands in a row to lose it. I contact support and they don't refund it and said they had to send it to technical team and they also left the conversation abruptly
Not sure why they need to check location every 10 seconds. I don't recommend anybody to use poker on this app.

They change the rules and prizes…

They change the rules and prizes without notification and when you complain they say its in the fine print on their updated website. Limited giveaways. You can only play poker with a limited number of players.
