Outstanding quality and service
We are a hospitality business and were highly recommended this company to supply us with pens displaying our logo and contact details for our customers. Craig handled our order from the start and was knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly patient. He put in a lot of time and effort to make sure we got exactly what we needed . We received our pens today and we could not be more delighted. The quality of the items is superb , they will really help to enhance the image of our business . More than anything though , Craig’s outstanding customer service and lovely manner is what we appreciated the most . He went well beyond the call of duty to ensure we were completely delighted and fully succeeded . We can’t recommended them highly enough , they are truly an outstanding company and we look forward to a long relationship with them as our suppliers of high quality custom branded items .
