Indeed great support

Indeed great support; a 24/7 service with an ok chatbot quickly escalating to human, Raven, addressing issue in 10 min (unsupported FTP integration), but also recommending 3 alternative solutions. Not even on a Premium plan. Wow

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

I reported a business-critical Microsoft 365 email issue several days ago and am still waiting for a clear solution. I've received different answers from different support agents, and despite multiple escalations, nobody can tell me exactly how the problem will be resolved.

Only after days of investigation was it confirmed that the issue is related to one.com's managed Exchange environment, yet I still don't have a concrete path forward.

As a business customer, I expect faster and more consistent support when essential email services are affected.
