Luke was so welcoming, he knew the answers to every question I had and even when he didn’t know the answer he went above and beyond to find out the for me and got back to me straight away. Highly recommend.

What a great bunch at One 2 One. Friendly courteous and thoroughly professional from the initial enquiry of a valuation right through to closing the sale of my property. First viewing we received an offer and agreed a sale. We were kept informed and up to date through the whole process. The staff were very respectful of my property when conducting viewings etc. A big Thankyou to Megan and all the team for treating us like we were they're only clients. Highly recommended to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying a property and customer service is second to none.

I used One to One Estate Agents to sell my Property and it finally sold in December 2024.
Al the Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They kept me up to date on everything that was happening with the Sale of the House.

Luke was great.
Come out to value my property at a convenient time to suit me.
Valued it exactly where I expected it, advised me the best place to price the property for the quick sale we needed.
Arranged photographs to be carried out at a time to suit me.
Had the property ready to list and kept it there until we gave the final go ahead.
Luke managed to get viewings all lined up in the same week for us which made it easier again for us.
We then sold the property within 2 weeks of it going live.
Was a great process and would fully recommend the One2One team.

Good estate agents and value for money, who I will use again. Not 5 stars as very often I can’t get thru on the telephone. I’d suggest a telephony system that allows customer to queue. Thanks, William

Both estate agents I met with were very friendly, helpful and professional. I was supported very well during viewings and throughout the offer and sale process.

Luke has always been very pleasant and informative with my viewings. When called he has been spot on with calling back with updates and speaking with stakeholders.

Put my house up for sale with this company. Where do I start with poor service.
-Not called back when was told I would be
-Agent turned up without a key
- Had to show people round the house myself
-Had to chase for a sign
-Had to chase to be put online
-Out of house for viewing no one informed viewing wasn't coming. I had to phone next morning to see what had happened.
- 11 viewings not turned up with some questionable reasons.
-Told too busy to show anyone around my house.

Would only say positive experience was with signing up, but overall would give a zero if i could

Copy and paste feedback if any, having to email to ask for feedback, it would appear there was no follow up after viewings, limited contact with me other than viewing reminders. Had a sale fall through after 3.5 months, in that time I had no contact with the sales progression team. Had to be told by family that after the fall through of the sale that there was still a sold sign on the house weeks after. We discussed after the failed sale about a strategy of listing it for a few weeks and then if no interest discussing the next steps, after 3 months there was no interaction other than email viewing notifications. These viewings were often a week or so apart. When asking to list as multi agency there was no interaction to see if there was anything more they could do. When asking to withdraw from the listing there was again no questions or interactions as to why I was leaving or if they could stop me, it would appear that they had very little motivation to sell my home.
