Luke has guided me through two viewings today. He was very helpful and was able to answer all questions asked.

The purchase on my new house was on the verge of falling apart but James managed to save it at the last second, negotiating with underwriters and all that mortgage-y stuff. definitely recommend one2ones mortgage advisor service (which is also free)

Sales Negotiator Emma Martin - she is the most kind and approachable negotiator I’ve come across in my house searching process. Emma really made me feel at ease and is so helpful and honest. We choose One2One initially as they impressed us with their local knowledge and commitment to marketing our property. They did not disappoint finding a buyer very quickly and all through the selling process they kept us updated contacting us via email and phone. They chased the buyer and indeed the solicitors with a view to completing the sale. The service was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The agent who showed us around, Luke, was helpful and polite.

He answered questions but let us have the space to fully look at each house in our own time.
