I recently sold our house through One2one Estate agents , from the valuation appointment through to completion they were professional , knowledgeable and efficient .

They would return calls and emails promptly, often outside normal working hours .

I highly recommend them and should the need arise I would definitely use their services again .

The sales experience was very good. Photos of property taken promptly, viewings conducted in a very organised manner so buyer found very quickly. All communications were good and any queries answered to our satisfaction. I had been recommended by an ex estate agent and i am so pleased we chose this team. Both Nicola and Rhian were professional,friendly, helpful and certainly helped us through, what can be a very stressful experience.

Having recently purchased a property through One2One Estate Agents, I can honestly say that I cannot fault the service provided by them. The whole process was relatively stress free from the initial phone call enquiring about the property to the moment I had a phone call telling me the keys were ready to be picked up.
I'm very happy with the service I received, my main contact was with Joanne Nicholls who fully explained every step and was always on hand to provide advice and support in a friendly and professional manner. I cannot rate Joanne and the team at One2One highly enough or thank them for helping me purchase my dream home!

We are over the moon with the service provided by all the Team working at One2One estate agents, from Rhian who came to value the flat, to Megan and Nicola, keeping us informed every step of the way and Faith who sold the flat for the asking price during the very first viewing, ecstatic is an understatement!

Excellent service from One2One who sold our house for asking price after the first viewings! Excellent communication and pleasant staff who were happy to help with any queries we had. We were quoted 5 times more than One2One were charging from another very well known Torfaen estate agent-I'm so glad we didn't go with them!

Zack dealt with our sale. Happy with the service. £699 price is considerable more reasonable compared to most estate agents.

I will say it how it is...

I was faced end-of tenancy and given 6 months (reasonable) to vacate.

I did not just want a company that would see me as just 'retail opportunity', so I instead called Zack, One2One Estate Agents on Monday.

I have heard that it is very stressful when mortgaging in general, not just first time buying like me.

I have always been put off, because I thought that the criteria are too strict and especially these days and during the pandemic!

I chose this company because I have watched how successful Zack has come over the years in his family and working life; and trust him to point me in the right direction - clear transparency and no catches/small print! Therefore, I know the process will be handed effectively by One2One Mortgage Solutions; and it takes any potential stress off my shoulders, knowing that someone reputable will guide me throughout.

I have received information today to start the process and have a follow up appointment with an adviser in the next 2 days!

Cannot fault you for your advice, reassurance and future continued support; and I look forward what lies ahead.

I will leave a further update/review and let you (Public Viewers) know my journey (This will be authentic, genuine, and true feedback)!

Zack valued the property promptly and it was listed by the end of the week, he’s always at the other end of the phone when needed. Great service for such a small fee.
